Excellent location
Clean and comfortable
Take ferry to San Marco and not Rialto, that’s a hike with luggage over cobblestones.
Had to take our own trash out before leaving. Lots of stairs so pack lightly!

An amazing property! The location is indeed moments from St Mark’s Square and the Cathedral. I was met on arrival by Paolo under the large clock tower nearby, which was easy to find. The apartment is clean, spacious and tastefully decorated and is well equipped throughout. The washing machine and dishwasher were very useful. There are many restaurants and bars nearby and convenience stores just a few minutes away. For a property so close to the action it was surprisingly quiet at night. Taking rubbish to the recycling point was an easy 2 minute walk. I would certainly choose to stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.
There were no negatives. As some other reviews have pointed out, there are 30 stairs up to the second floor where the apartment is located. People with mobility difficulties may prefer to reside in a hotel with an elevator, but for the reasonably able bodied there would be no problem here and for me it was perfect.

Konum müthiş, San Marco meydanının paralelinde, kafeler, lokantalar, dükkanlar, heryere çok kolay ulaşım. Bina girişi daracacık bir sokakta, etkileyici bir giriş holü var, bina tümüyle korunmuş, çok hoş. Ev tertemiz, yastık ve yatak rahat. Mutfağı fazla kullanmadık ama gerekli donanım vardı. İnternet çok iyiydi. Elena her konuda çok nazikti ve yardımcı oldu, çok teşekkür ederim.
Binada üst katta tadilat vardı, 8.30am de iş başlıyordu, önceden bilgi verilse memnun olurdum. Venedikte merdivenler her zaman sorun biliyorum ki yapılacak bir şey yok, ama zorlayıcı bir konu. İleriki yaşta olanlara veya yürüme zorluğu olanlara tavsiye etmem. Girişte bavulları zorlukla üst kata taşıdık, çıkışta profesyonel yardım aldık, sorun yaşamadık.
