Where do I begin? I’ll start with PHENOMENAL!!! We travel a ton throughout Europe and the world, especially Italy, and this place was such a great find. It was clean, comfy, beautiful, the location was PERFECT, and the host was lovely and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat.
Now, let me tell you about the AIR CONDITIONING because this deserves its own mention. We were there in the middle of August when Venice was HOT, and every single time we walked back into the apartment, we could not believe how cool it was. Truly a gift after being out in the heat all day! I always wonder and worry about AC when booking apartments in Europe because, let’s be honest, they aren’t exactly made for Americans and the way we like our AC. This apartment stayed COOL. It never felt warm, even in the middle of the August heat, and that alone was amazing.
The apartment itself was beautiful, and the European furniture was GORGEOUS. And then there’s the location. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! You’re right next to San Marco, and if you’re meeting up for tours or excursions, everything is right there. Restaurants, shops, culture, sightseeing...you really could not ask for a better spot. The WiFi also worked great.
There’s even a washing machine and a hanging rack to dry your clothes, which was so nice to have while traveling. They really thought of everything.
We had such a fabulous time in Venice, and honestly, choosing this apartment was a big part of it. It absolutely lives up to the hype, and we WILL stay here again when we come back. Beautiful accommodations, incredible location, great host, and AMAZING AC. You really can’t go wrong. Don’t hesitate to book it!

Amazing location, and beautiful rooms, it looks unassuming from the outside but when you enter there is lots of old Venetian charm. Such good value, so close to San Marco.
It was a shame one of the toilets was broken
