pleasant

location is good to the beach and shops

The front staff attending the guest too long, i remembered i wait till 30 min, not because of this couple in front of me want to check inn but they are still booking the room through their phone!!!! ridiculuous, the staff suppose to ask them to move to other side rather than stand in front, then this lady from India was asking the front staff … how long we should wait? Really piss off . The front staff should understand the priority.

Will consider for future stay

The location is definitely the highlight of our stay. Right in the middle of Pantai Cenang. It is super convenient for mobilisation. Also, what impressed me is the international power socket that is available in the room. You do not need to bring an international adaptor. Very tourism minded and perspective.

The shower is a bit old with missing knob to turn on

Tak akan datang stay sini lagi.

Dekat dengan pantai dan nampak baru. Tapiiiii

Kalau datang atau stay atas urusan kerja sangatttt tak recommended. Nanti tak boleh claim sebab hotel ni tak keluarkan resit. Sepatutnya maklum awal sebelum buat pembayaran. Boleh pilih hotel lain. Bilik tak kedap bunyi. Orang lain bersembang kat koridor pun boleh dengar.

Was good. But you should come prepared and contact the reception immediately if anything is needed.

It was nearest to the cenang beach. There was a water filter. So I got filled my water bottles from there. The electricity connection was based on the card key to reduce waste.

There were somethings that I believe could be improved. The AC in our room was dripping water. So it affected my luggage. My luggage was dripping wet. Secondly every time we have to ask the room service and remind them to clean the room. The staff washed the cutlery in washroom 🤮

Really Good & Happy experience

As a seasoned traveler, I've had the pleasure of experiencing various hotels and out of which, Hotel Adya, Cenang, Nestled opposite Pantai Cenang Beach, this gem of a hotel boasts good amenities and service but also features a receptionist (Zaheera- In the morning shift & Alissa- In the evening Shifts) with such a refreshing, beautiful & positive faces who could easily grace the cover of a fashion magazine.

Though the Room & Toilet are very clean. It would be really great, if can provide a good comfy bed with AC that covers entire room to ensure the Aircon will be across the room but not to just face/legs.

Kettle EXPLOSION and hotel was IRRESPONSIBLE

location near pantai cenang but parking is very far

[IMPORTANT!!] The kettle suddenly exploded and was on fire at 3am midnight in my room, they changed a room for us without any explanation, we didn't get any explanation for the explosion from management until now. They don't think this is a serious problem... Please take your own risk if you book this hotel. The washroom is very dirty and moldy, the aircon keeps leaking water for the whole night, many ants on the table, the towel is dirty also...the worst hotel i have ever seen. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Biasa je. Tak sapu bilik ke??? .Ada rambut, stoking lama dlm bilik...... I tolong Buang je stoking tu. Need Carpet.....Tiada carpet dlm bilik. Tiada swimming pool...boleh la so so.

The location point was good ,just near to the beach and you can hv multiple food nearby. For me toilet is very important while I was in the beach enjoying fire show I really wants to pee unable to public toilet so I run to hotel because it was tht near

Room,toilet,cup and water bottle is not clean at all! It was too dirty if it was clean might b more comfortable.They really need to upgrade their cleaning skills! Even the Toilet Hose , Shower 🚿,Bathroom sink! And the pillow need to upgrade because it's like a water bag disturbs the good sleep

It’s at a nice location at Cenang beach

The side table lamp not working as the plug was damage. It was wrap around the lamp. The aircon control can’t control the Air temperature.

Parking too far at the back and need to walk quite abit to reach ur riom if u get the furthest block..no mini bar in room

Pleasant

The bed and the staffs.

2nd time staying and get a family deluxe room as there were 3 of us. Thought that it will be a bit or slightly bigger room for 3 but it's actually smaller when they put in a Queen Size n a Single Bed in a deluxe room. Better still to booked the deluxe room and just get an extra bed. Toilets are a bit too dirty with hairs and bit rundown for me personally. The sink cracked, toilet bowl is moving (u have to sit correctly 😂😂) Towels and duvet too, do check before you use it.
