Excellent location in the heart of Pantai Cenang, within walking distance to the beach and dining spots.
The room could benefit from better maintenance and refurbishment. There were some cleanliness concerns, a slight musty smell, worn carpets, and furnishings that felt dated.

The only positive point is the location. The resort is within walking distance to Pantai Cenang, Cenang Mall, and many nearby shops and restaurants.
The room cleanliness and overall service need significant improvement.
The bedsheet had visible stains when we checked in, and although housekeeping came on the second day, the bedsheets were not changed.
The room had a musty carpet smell upon arrival, and the bathroom walls as well as the shower control area were visibly dirty and looked like they had not been properly scrubbed.
The check-in process was also lacking.
No information was provided regarding housekeeping schedules, WiFi access, or other hotel facilities.
Guests are expected to figure everything out themselves or repeatedly ask the front desk.
Customer service was another major issue.
The staff were not friendly and did not display basic customer service skills, whether in person or over the phone.
The in-room telephone for contacting the front desk was not functioning, making communication inconvenient.
A hair dryer was not provided in the room and had to be requested separately.
The room only came with one pillow, which was uncomfortable.
While towels were replaced during housekeeping, the floor mat was not changed.
Overall, apart from the convenient location, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service standards did not meet expectations.
