Die Lage war sehr gut, Strandnah und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe.

Zimmer sehr dreckig und stinkig, Bad sehr klein, keine Ablage.

Very good

good location as only few minutes walking distance to the beach and food along the road, Hotel meet the basic expectation, wifi not that strong but still working slowly, room was clean and equipment all worked properly.

Toilet smelly, one kind of unusual smell although we keep on flushing the toilet bowl and the floor.

Excellent staff, but lack of a nice ambience, and avoid the noise by not booking a room with seaview

the staff were excellent and always accommodating. We booked a room with a sea view but unfortunately because all rooms with sea view are by the main road, at night you can hear the noise from the music played by the nearby shows until after midnight. The noise will keep you up all night. Luckily there were spare rooms and the great staff asked us to move to a cheaper but quieter room at the back.

lack of common and comfortable areas for guests and the wet bathroom. Also the sofa is uncomfortable sit on. TV only has local channels.

Langkawi is an Island expect some heat wave and enjoy all year summer!

The location is great! The staff is really kind and have a great customer service. They really show they genuinely care for you and wants you to have a great stay.

There were 1hour blackout of the whole Island which include the hotel electricity so there were no lights and air con.

Very recommendable

Great location - right next to the main square of Pantai Cenang, on the main road, next to the beach - cross the road and the square, and you are there, about 100m. Friendly staff. Perfectly clean and spacious - I had a deluxe seaview studio, and I think that's recommendable; most other rooms seem to be facing an interior courtyard with a wall on the opposite side. Very spacious studio, beautifully furnished. Fridge, belcony facing road, square and beach - two more assets. Separate room with toilet, washbasin (only one water tap, a bit old-style) and shower (in the room, but works fine). Good seafood restaurants nearby, up the road; my favorite was Palm View.

Not the propriety's fault - but it's very noisy until about midnight, from all the activities on the square (superheroes dancing to a hammering bass every night) and on the beach (fire jugglers with music).The beach is nice (wide sand) but very flat, takes a while in until you can swim (practically not at all at ebb tide). And it's awfully commercialized - much of the space is reserved for boats dragging bananas or parachutes, water scooters, and other engine-driven devices. You may like this, of course. Pantai Tengah to the south is nicer (also busy). But there are fantastic beaches on the island - primarily Pantai Kok and Tanjung Rhiu. Pristine and quiet.

The studio did not look like in the pictures, it needs a good refurb and it wasn’t in great conditions. The pictures on Booking.com need to be updated and reflect the actual condition of the rooms. The price we paid for the studio definitely does not match the product.

Great spot for beach vacation with young family!

Great central location at Cenang Beach! All bars and restaurants around the corner. Same for main beach. Apartment is very spacious and clean.

Furniture is very basic (though robust). During the evening there are noise disturbances from around 19.00-24.00h (which is acceptable for location at Main Street).

Not a pleasant stay here first two

Location and Staff behavior.

Very small room. I paid the very high prices and didnt get the proper sized room with a view window for the first two nights. I complained daily so they provided another room on my third night which was a better room.

location snd staff were helpful and polite

Shower was just a trickle, hand basin leaked and kept floor flooded, no safety bars in shower which whe used flooded the whole floor and toilet bowl, no safety to steps into bathroom-no recommended for senior people.

if you don’t have option then you can consider them

location is very nice. restaurants and duty free shops are around.They have water filter from where we collected the drinking water.

we did not get any dental kit and soap there. Besides, I have seen lots of dirt on the door. they need to be careful about the cleaning. As per the price facilities are not worthy enough.

Large and spacious room with a separate bedroom and a balcony overlooking the promenade and the sea. Very good location in the center, at the main entrance to the beach and close to many restaurants, breakfast bars and shops. Large duty free shop in the same building on the ground floor. Nice and helpful staff.

A bit noisy in the evening due to the location on the promenade.

Don't go for seaview room

Good location

We got a sea view room and it was really noisy for two nights due to a food truck nearby with really loud music. We texted the staff asking for support but we got no answer till the checkout morning

Best location, near cenang beach

The exterior looks worn out and dirty.Water dripping from heater pipe in toilet. Tv not working. Didn't bother to complain as staying 3 nights only
