Very accommodating hosts. Clean, and quiet. Beach is right there! Pool was super clean and parking is wonderful!! Kitchen is well appointed and CLEAN for the person who enjoys cooking. Nice fridge and freezer, range and convection microwave. Ice maker water dispenser. Thank you Denise and Richard for sharing a slice of paradise. We are looking at dates for May. We rate this AAAAA++++. These hosts think of everything you need. Very responsive if you have any questions.

We loved the property and all the amenities it offered. The view was just gorgeous, the proximity to the beach was perfect, and we were able to find anything we needed in the condo. Great place and highly recommend.

The unit we rented had everything we needed. Parking under the building a pure "10"! Close to elevator. Clean, well equipped. The only negative is the king mattress. It was very firm and needs turned or flipped. Everything else was great!

This one bedroom condo is the perfect spot for a Beach Holiday. It’s basically on top of the water with the best Gulf views. It has a Kitchen that will help you with all your needs. Walk in Shower and Bathroom were up to par. Very clean !!!! Bedroom was large with big closet space and a King size bed that put you right to sleep in terrific comfort. Tons of towels and linens. Did I mention that view of the Gulf ? Don’t miss that sunset every night. You will be soo pleased. We will be back !!!!

This is a great condo that has everything you need plus more. It was very comfortable and completely updated. We enjoyed the amazing views of the gulf. You really can't get closer to the beach than this condo. We loved the short distance from the building. It's so convenient for taking beach supplies. Some reviews mentioned the negative aspect of sharing a balcony with the whole floor. However we had a very positive experience and met great people. It was actually very quiet at night. The only negative we experienced which is not at all the owner's fault were the elevators. Only one out of 2 worked the whole time. For part of one day both were not working. We don't have a problem with stairs but I'm mentioning it for those that might not be able to climb 4 flights. Other than that everything was perfect and the pool was great too. The owner is nice to work with. I would recommend this condo if you want a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

My sister and I loved this condo, very clean, stocked well and amazing location. Beach access and walking to restaurants was awesome. The owner was very attentive and responsive. I would highly recommended.

Great place and experience. Condo was clean and nice. Lots of items in the condo to use if you forgot stuff or couldn’t travel with them. This came in handy for us. Right on the beach. Just walk out and you’re there! About a 10 minute walk on the beach to Caddy’s. I would recommend this place.

Everything was perfect. An older comples, but the condo was extremely clean, modern appliances and well stocked. Beach was right there, no crossing streets or lugging anything. Condo had everything you needed. Pool was clean as was the beach. A little bit away from shopping and entertainment, which was exactly what we wanted. A very relaxing time. Highly recommend it. The best thing about this place was how close we were to the beach. Clean and extremely well stocked. The price was very fair and the owner was the most responsive we’ve had and we’ve had a lot! We didn’t have issues but couldn’t figure out how to work the tv and we needed to communicate about storm.

This property really is perfect for a beach getaway. Extremely clean, everything you need while you are here is provided. The pool and beach are only steps away which is great when you have kids that need several breaks. Densie was super responsive and checking in and out was a breeze. Would definitely highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! Owner is great to work with and everything you need is in the condo, including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, etc. Kitchen is well stocked and has updated appliances and counter tops. King bed is very comfortable and condo was very clean! You cannot beat the beach access here!

My wife and I stayed for 7 days and absolutely loved the area. We enjoyed the walks on the beach and eating at the local restaurants. The condo was great and checked all the boxes we were looking for during our stay. Kudos to Denise, thank you for sharing your awesome home.

Completely enjoyed our stay at sunset chateau. Nicely updated condo was clean and well stocked for our visit. The overall complex is well maintained. Pool is nice size and clean. Plenty of room to lay by the pool if you desire. But the beach is by far the best place to spend your day and is right outside your front door. Parking is hassle free. Would definitely recommend staying here. The communication is excellent and our host was very helpful.

Everything was great until we were checking out. We took a portion of our luggage out at 6:15 am as our documentation said the elevator works 6 am to 10 pm. The elevator did NOT work so we could return our parking pass and retrieve our remaining luggage. We called and spoke with someone with no real results. We had to wait 45 minutes until another renter came down the elevator. So im not sure what time the true elevator hours are. The published ones are incorrect.

Nice, clean place. Owner very nice and accommodating . Beautiful sunsets every night. Only downside was red tide and couldn’t swim or sit out on beach long without coughing. In a somewhat residential area, only 1 close restaurant and grocery store is not close so if you don’t have a car plan on uber/taxii alot.

This is a beautifully decorated condo on the beach. It has every amenity that you can imagine. It’s close to stores and restaurants and the beach is not overcrowded. We really enjoyed our stay!!!!

Very well appointed condo. That beach is a dream come true. Large pool for just relaxing. Caddys and Ka Tiki are within walking distance but still far enough away for our privacy and peace. Great shell and swimming beach. That photo does not lie! We booked for next year already! The owner was immediately responsive to any request or question. Highly recommend.
