Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo. Please note: There is a $135 refundable parking pass fee collected. As being a new comer to your condo renting from VRBO we found it very difficult to access your building if it wasn’t for your cleaning staff, we would’ve been lost. Seeing as it it was a Sunday as we arrived. Nobody was on staff to answer our phone call. Prior to our stay. We did not receive any email. On how to receive our keys or access into our condo. Although once we found our place and understood how it works, it was lovely.

Location and beach were outstanding. The unit was dated and the decor was very eclectic. Looked like random purchases from a thrift store. Kitchen was not properly equipped. Sheets were like burlap. We had to go buy our own at Walmart. Overall, disappointing stay.

Great location friendly neighbors. Unit could use some new throw rugs and a cover on the futon in the living room. Also shelve paper in kitchen cabinets. Some minor improvements could greatly improve the unit. Needs more cooking supplies in the kitchen.

Condo needs to be updated. Maintenance team did an outstanding job fixing several issues. Owner purchased a new king bed which is to big for the small bedroom. Condo was not clean along with some dishes. Bowl was cracked accross the bottom and was taped. Wall plugs were loose, disposal had a broken blade flying around when turned on. Owner had items stored in closet that took up space for my items. Screen door had paper stuffed in cracks around frame. CD player was broke. Maintenance fixed everything I reported. I don't recommend staying in this Condo 506 Sunset Chateau.

The property itself was in great shape but the location is what makes it paradise. The view from the bedroom is over Boca Ciega Bay toward South Pasadena and the living area faces the Gulf of Mexico. Great for sunrise and sunsets. Of course, it also has the wonderful beach sands of Sunset Beach for a mile in either direction.

The room was adequate and fit our needs. Not many dishes but we ate out most everyday anyway. No dishwasher so I would have thought they would have left some dish soap. I loved how close it was to the beach. There are two elevators but only one was working and we were stuck in that one for about 20 minutes at one point. I did not like the shared balcony but we were fortunate to have good neighbors. We never used the pool since the ocean was very warm but the pool looked clean and well kept. Shell seeking was good as this area was less populated than the beaches to the north. Caddys on the beach was a short walk and had good food. Shopping in johns pass was fun. Many good restaurants to choose from.

This was our worst beach vacation ever, mainly driven by the Red Tide that was present when we arrived. We got 1 beach day during our stay and that is only because we drove 2 hours south to find good water. The smell was horrible and even standing on the beach caused us to cough and of course we had to dodge the hundreds of dead fish on the beach. This was made worse by an owner who lives in his unit full time calling visitors horrible names in front of kids. This male appeared to stay drunk the entire week and didn't let up on calling everyone awful names. I know some vacationers did call the police on a couple of occasions. All this combined made for a horrible experience.

Overall, our stay was very good. The location was excellent! The amount of restaurants and stores in close proximity was very amenable. However, some of the HOA rules we weren’t that happy about but that is ok because it was only for a week that we stayed and the rules are the rules.
