We had a wonderful trip! The condo was PERFECT!!! so clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and comminication with owner was quick and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again on the next trip!!! The flights of stairs was not an issue at all. The cleanliness of the condo was worth more than 5 stars. Thank you!

What a lovely place to stay! Upon entering you immediately notice how light and bright it is, along with being spotless. Each room has it's own tv so no worries for anyone who needs this. The location is great; right in the heart of everything. The only thing I would add is that for anyone with mobility issues, this unit is on the third floor with no elevator. For all others, it's not an issue. We had a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend!

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. Close to everything! The condo was perfect! Updated and clean. Had everything you need. On-site parking was a plus. We were on the 3rd floor which made taking luggage etc up to the condo a little difficult. For someone of age as I am(77). It could present an issue. I would definitely stay in this complex again!!

The apartment was in a perfect location, super clean and comfortable and the appliances were awesome. We absolutely loved it and it was perfect for us. Communication was great, parking was easy and our stay was fantastic. Just loved the apartment!!!

The vacation rental was well appointed and plenty of room. Located on third floor which I might have overlooked but walking up two flight of stairs while not planned was fine. Location was convenient to restaurants on King and Spring Street. Parking on site was beneficial. Will rent again.

Highly recommend for 2 and max 4 people if your in the unit for long periods of time. Charleston is very walkable and parking is an issue. We got parking vouchers which helped a lot. We are all old seniors and even the stairs to get in did not bother us. Charleston is a must visit location!

Very clean. Nicely decorated and up to date. Comfortable for four of us. Good area. Close but not too close to everything. 7-15 minute drive from most everything in Charleston. Not quite walkable to historic district. Appreciated renting a car. Need new mattresses.

Bedrooms need a night stand on both sides of the beds, not just one side. Ottomans for your feet in living area would be nice. Ceiling fan control for speed seems backward. "4" is the slowest speed and "1" is the fastest.

We were very happy with this property. Our only complaint was the lack of enough tissues, paper towels and toilet paper. We were a party of 6 and there was no way what the provided would be enough. The manager did bring it when asked, but there should have been enough there for our stay beforehand.

Very pleased with this rental. I’ve been disappointed so many times when renting places. This unit was everything it appears to be in the picture. Clean, Cozy and a good location. King street is about a mile walk so it’s very centrally located. Just keep in mind that there is NO elevator and it’s 3 flights up! Your glutes will thank you. Buns of steel is an added perk with this rental! 😊

We had a great time at the Indigo Suite. The suite is well decorated and furnished. I found the unit extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and linens good quality. My mother and I occupied the two bedrooms and my brother slept on the couch and said it was comfy. My only comment is that I did not find the apt as quiet as some of the other reviews said - noise travels very easily from the surrounding area and food and street traffic is very easy to hear in the apt. That said, the noise was not bothersome nor did it interfere with our sleep, but it was noticeable. Great neighborhood that is a short walk or Uber to everywhere you might want to visit.

From the moment we checked in we were given top priority for all our needs. The ease of location allowed us to walk to many areas, or a quick ride away! There was a storm in the area, and Collin and his team did everything in their power to restore our internet and cable:) Will definitely do back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very nice and convenient to everything we wanted to see. The renters should explain that unit 301 is on the third floor with no elevator so older customers no what they are signing up for. Only problem we had was with the showers having very low water pressure and very little hot water so we we’re always finishing our shower in cold water. All in all I would give them a high ranking
