Nestled in Charleston, this lovely house for $275 per night is a great option for your next trip. Located in a revitalized neighborhood that offers an eclectic mix of Victorian homes, churches, apartments, businesses, bakeries, coffee shops, and quaint restaurants. Start your day with a coffee/breakfast at the wonderful cafe across the street. Fuel, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Estadio and many other restaurants are within walking distance. Upper King St. and the MUSC campus are minutes away. Short drive to the Citadel. Walker-friendly neighborhood. Easy, quick access to the Arthur Ravenel Bridge if you’d like to spend the day at the beach. Gated with 1 off-street parking space ( a rarity in Charleston). 2 bedrooms. 1 bath. Sleeps four comfortably. Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. This home is bathed in natural light, open floor plan downstairs, Brazilian hardwood flooring, crown moldings and 10' ceilings. 5-star kitchen with stainless steel Jenn-Air appliances, marble countertops. Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea. Hotel quality sheets/towels provided with starter bathroom amenities. Washer dryer available. Complimentary WIFI is included throughout the property. We do not permit parties or events and must enforce quiet hours since this is a residential area. Before booking, please send us a message describing your group and plans for your stay. If police are called for any disturbances, guests will be required to leave the property immediately, without a refund. Our home is in downtown Charleston, so typical city street noise is common. Location and neighborhood were very nice as was off street parking. Manager was easy to communicate with and made many helpful restaurant and “things to do” suggestions. House was comfortable and well supplied.

Our stay was great. We were greeted when we arrived by the host’s daughter and she made sure all was in order. The house has been fully renovated and the kitchen has top quality Jen-air appliances. The beds were comfy. The house was spotless and is located in a charming area with lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops near by. It is about a 30 minute walk to the Market area. We would recommend this property.

This was a great place for us to stay. It is in beautiful condition and I recommend it for anyone who doesn’t need a ground level bedroom or bathroom. If you don’t mind a good walk, the location is good too.

The property is a great place to stay to be pretty close to the main attractions and busy tourist hubs in Charleston like King Street, but you don't have to be in the thick of all the people. It can still be a bit noisy out during the nights since it is located in the inner city, but that shouldn't be too bothersome. The property itself is clean with a comfortable interior. Beth made the process of checking in and out easy, and she made sure we had what we needed.

3Cs describe this property: Charming, Clean, and Comfortable. Bedrooms - linens, mattresses, and pillows were very clean & comfy! As were the bathroom towls & plenty of them. House is small but perfect size for 2-3 people. Kitchen not well equipped. There is alot of traffic noise at all hours and if people are talking outside it is like they are in the same room as you. The neighborhood is up and coming and we walked to most places. There is a free shuttle that takes you all around Charleston. It would be helpful if the owner provided more info regarding thee free shuttle, the water taxi, and beach information. Not being from the Charleston area, advice regarding beaches, beach public parking, and umbrella and beach chair rentals would have been helpful. Overall, it is a very nice house in a perfect area to explore Charleston and areas outside of Charleston. Go see Beidler Forest - it was amazing.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the property is in the perfect location to downtown. my husband and two children (2 and 5) found the walk into town to be the perfect distance away to walk after a day spent on the beach. beth was so responsive to any questions we had and the property was as shown in pictures. we will definitely be back !

Property was in a great location, close enough to everything yet far enough from all the tourists. Able to walk or drive to all major areas. Off street, private, gated parking spot was very convenient. Close to a few good coffee shops and great small restaurants. Owner was very accessible if needed. Would book again!!

Location perfect and very clean and airy. The beds are too soft for my liking but my daughters loved them! We did not use the high top table but did notice the table was very loose, def needs some tightening. Loved that we had control of the AC as we like it cold at night like 60 and then back to 72 in the am. The owner was very nice and attentive to our needs.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. We loved the convenient location and charming interior design of the house. The owner is very detail oriented and provided many helpful tips to make our stay easy and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, starter set of toiletries, even beach towels were available! Having a parking spot was a big plus. We split our days between visiting the beach and exploring the historic Charleston. There was a coffee shop a block away, many eating places, and electric bike rental across the street. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Beth for hosting our family!

We orginally had booked another property and three days prior to check in, the other property informed us they were double-booked. We were scrambling last minute and Beth was fabulous! The place was perfect! We were in town for a wedding and couldn't have been happier with the property. Beth is a pleasure to work with and I would definitely book her property again!

Overall I enjoyed my stay because the house was neat, clean and well maintained. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable. And there were plenty of fresh, clean linens.
Also, the host did a good job of managing my expectations. She ensured I had the necessary information prior to my arrival. And during my stay there was detailed information about the home and dining/shopping in the area.
Because it was mid-January, the temperatures dropped into the 30s and 40s. As such, at times the downstairs portion of the house got very cold.

We had a great stay when visiting for an event in town. The property is perfect for two couples and its a rare standalone property without any worries of noisy guests next door. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we visit!

This house is in a great location! We were thankful to have a parking spot included at the property too. The first time finding it can be a little stressful, but the owner sent great instructions for ease so be sure to review that before you stay. It was great being able to walk to all kinds of restaurants and even to the infamous King Street. It was nice not having to pay for parking every time we wanted to go out. The house is as described and has great amenities. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with nice touches! The beds were comfy and had lots of pillows! It can get a little loud at night (especially on the weekend when we stayed), but the owner thought of everything to rectify this- extra fans, noise machine, and ear plugs! The owner/manager was great with communication- responded quickly and sent great instructions and recommendations! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and trip. Highly recommend!

Beth was a wonderful hostess and the property was ideal for our needs. It was well appointed with very easy access in and out for touring Charleston and the surrounding communities. The parking onsite was wonderful and were thankful for the pre trip notice that a smaller vehicle would be easier to maneuver in the lot and in Charleston! We enjoyed walking the city and the location is just a short walk to King Street where you can catch the DASH bus if you like. We appreciated the information on Charleston sent by the owner after booking, it really helped with our trip planning and we used it as a guide during our stay. Be aware the bathroom is on the second floor but for us that was no problem. I would gladly visit this property again!

We had such a nice time staying at Beth's property. She's thought of everything and the house was immaculate. Great walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars and a quick drive to the French Quarter and other parts of the city. Definitely recommend!

It is a beautiful house. The owner and her family representatives are very friendly and helpful. I slept on the sofa bed and even it was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.
