Flat OK - but the keys do not work and the entrance is filthy.

The flat was comfortable and clean.

I have already sent feedback and photos. The flat was fine - if a little tired in places with peeling wallpaper and water stains on the ceilings. It was clean and well appointed. But: - The flat is down a filth, unlit alley way - you have to walk through detritus and overflowing bins. It is also behind a pub and so open to people coming down after a skin-full - the entrance is dirty and full of dropped paper and an electric box which looks well below H&S minimum - the key to the lower door does not work - so I was out in the rain in the middle of the night with no access. Luckily someone in another flat let me in. This is not safe or acceptable especially for single females - When I could not find the keys on arrival, I called pillow partners twice and e-mailed - not response at all to this day - I have sent feedback to two e-mails - no response

Very central location. Pleasant inside.

Access through filth. Bed small. Host away and didn't respond. Not allowed to leave luggage early.

A very enjoyable stay in Stirling.

Central location. Well equipped kitchen. Great having a washing machine. Comfortable sleeping accommodation. Soundproof windows.

Very good

Fantastic central location. Close to several nice restaurants and pubs. Not far from train station too.

Small bed, so we used the extra sofa bed and slept separately.

I regret staying here.

it was conveniently located in the city and had a washer dryer. But it was right over a bar that had loud patrons into the night and trash/recycling picks up starting at 8Am.

We’ve been exceptionally disappointed in this process, communication, and the quality of the apartment. We received no check in instructions and had to call for the code to access the key in the lock box. Pillow partners was very helpful, but the instructions they had to read to us were incomplete. The entry through the alley, past the neighborhood trash cans and smoking employees, the creepy stairwell, and then the dirty apartment. There is black mold behind the bed and obvious water damage on ceilings and floors. The toilet seat is falling off. We were not able to find any instructions on the appliances or checkout procedures. Thanks god we arrived on Sunday rather than the bank holiday or we would have been stuck in the pot smelling hallway.

Very central location. A comfortable flat.

Perfect location. Comfortable living and sleeping area.

The kitchen equipment was a bit limited ( no large bowls). There was no hot water throughout our stay. Parking was quite difficult though we knew this and instructions were good as to where to park. The stairwell to the flat was very dirty and the alley way was not too pleasant either

Nice flat in the city center. Everything in reach. I rally appreciate our host. We had some issue with sheets and he poped up at apartment in an hour with new ones. Thanks mate!

Brilliant, memorable break in Stirling. Fine for myself however location of flat probably not suitab

Cozy, clean well equipped flat close to attractions, pubs and restaurants etc.

Bathroom door did not fully close. Bathroom sink did not have a plug, only 2 sets of towels for 3 guests.

Happy to have found this accommodation in Sterling.

Well equipped and nicely decorated apartment. All in working order. Central location.

Entrance was via a narrow alleyway. Stairs and common area would benefit from some attention.

Our stay was lovely and the apartment served our needs. It just needs some tlc. Great location tho.

Very central near bus station restaurants and shops.

The entrance wasn’t nice and also the bathroom had dark mould and door didn’t close and shower not great as the shower head seemed too heavy

The size of the property and modern decor. Comfy bed.

Mould in the bathroom, not as clean as expected - especially in current Covid climate. The lock box for keys was open to anyone. The main entrance was filthy with junk mail sprawled all over main stairwell & cigarette butts. Entrance in a dark, narrow lane & children felt unsafe. City centre but far too noisy to sleep as above a loud bar & constant loud music & noise of glass bottles being tipped into recycler. Lots of loud chat/swearing from patrons outside venue. So not child friendly accommodation.

location was good

Noise of the around restaurants late at night bothered.Also enterance was awsome and it wad backyard of the restaurants which they put the empty buttles there with a loud noise that scared us every time. All facilities are old and not clean enough.The ground and doors make noise while you are walking or open or closing the door. Water pressure was very low and you can not take a bath.Indeed it does not worth the money you pay.

Definitely Central Location , sweet and Cosy

Apartment was nice and cosy. Its in the central of Stirling so all resturants and shop close by. Comfortable beds and all was ok. Good Heating.

Parking was a big problem however it has nothing to do with the apartments as its the location parking was very limited. Maybe that can emphasis where to get proper parking on daily or weekly basis as I stayed for a week. Give more direction on the location where parking can be found like I found a place near Travel lodge. And maybe a short instructions on how to run the dishwasher and washing machine and not read the whole manual.
