Beautiful and spacious (130 sqm, 1400 sqf) apartment in the heart of Reykjavik City. Spectacular ocean view. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator access in a newly developed area close to the Reykjavik harbor.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the living rooms has a sofabed and the apartment conveniently sleeps 5 people. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Washer/Dryer in apartment.

“listed as a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment”we were very disappointed when we arrived and there was no 3rd bedroom , and my mom had to sleep in the open layout kitchen/diningroom/livigrom area,on a sofa.when i called the property manager and informed him that the listing said there is a third bedroom, he said he knows and I’m totally right, and he’ll correct the listing. Well that did not help my situation but anyway moving on….The apartment is beautiful, clean. The kitchen has everything you possibly need.The view is amazing. walking distance to Main Street and shopping area/restaurants.Covered parking spot was provided, which is a big plus.unfortunately, there was no soap, shampoo, and paper towel, so we had to quick go get them ,which we left after we checked out, so whoever comes after us gonna have everything they need. Great apartment, I would come back if I only need a two bedroom.

It was perfect for us. Clean, modern yet cosy, right distance to downtown, amazing view, well equipped, and very accommodating and friendly host.

We just returned from a weeks stay at this very nice high end condo in Reykjavik. Walking distance to great shops and restaraunts. The unit was well equipped for the four of us and has all the amenities we needed. Since we rented a car the underground parking spot was perfect since the outside temps were quite cold during our stay. The booking and reservation process with Margret was great in advance of our stay. Sindri who met us at the condo the morning we arrived explained everything to us very well and we really appreciated getting into the condo the morning we arrived early from the states. This is a huge plus for anyone coming from the states on a early morning flight. Things we really liked about the unit:- location- clean and new- fully equipped kitchen - washer dryer combo- underground parking- water view- security of the building- confort and strorage of the rooms and living areaWe would recommend this condo for anyone staying in the area! You won't be dissapinted.
