Very centrally located
Two very large comfortable bedrooms with excellent storage
Bathroom quirky but functional
Kitchen facilities good
Street noise deafening due to bars and restaurants very loud in our lounge
Condensation in bathroom dripping from ceiling needs better ventilation
Table in lounge way too large plus 8 chairs
Not enough soft seating to relax one small bed couch - would be better with a smaller table or move table and chairs to entry room

Location and support were excellent. I had a problem, I reached out at 11pm, and they answered straight away.
Only 3 small towels, for 3 people, for 4 nights. Only 3 forks, no condiments (salt, bit of olive oil for cooking, milk for the coffee). Very noisy but I was expecting it, as on top of a pub

Location downtown was perfect. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Full kitchen. Lots to do nearby

The only real upsides were it was spacious and centrally located.
It was not clean at all, two of the towels were dirty and unfortunately the bathroom is in very poor condition. There’s no ventilation and the ceiling is covered in mold. The hallway/stairs leading up to the unit were covered in grease from the bar kitchen below. It was overpriced but thankfully, we were only staying one night.
