We loved this central location, easy access to tourist interests, town restaurants and market, and apartment's modern appliances and conveniences. Perfect for a week's stay in Reykjavik!

Amazing location, nice amenities- like the stove and microwave, thoughtful touches- like the basket of fruit and chocolate bar, and letting us store our bags.
Nothing. I will stay here again.

Location was very near a lot of cultural buildings and museums.
The stairs were tough to navigate with a suitcase.

The apartment itself is nice and well appointed. It’s also very well located, near shops, restaurants, and the bus stop.
Check in was horrible. We asked if we could check in an hour early, and they said they would charge us 45 EUR, despite the room being ready. That just seems greedy.
And then the lock code on the door didn’t work, and we tried five times to call. After 20 minutes, we finally got a call back. Once we got into the apartment, several windows had been left open, and all the heat was off. This was January, and so the room stayed freezing for several hours. When I raised the issue with the staff, they sent someone to bring an electric heater but no one ever checked back with us to make sure everything was well.
The apartment is nice, but there are many nice places. I don’t recommended staying here.
