Very nice and clean place. Nice location.
It does NOT have a free private parking, even though they say there is. There are free parking on the street somewhere but we could not find it and ended up paying for it.

The apartment was very nice and the location was in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stores.
A listed amenity of a TV was completely missing for my stay. There was a definite lack of information on how to use the amenities. A printed information sheet is definitely needs to be provided to a renter. I didn’t know how to access WiFi my first night and my family didn’t hear from me that caused severe distress for them. They thought I was missing or hurt and even had to contact police. I couldn’t figure out how to lock the back door, how to turn off main light (switch was hidden behind a picture), or use appliances. The contact person was quick to respond to my many inquiries, but it added a certain degree of stress I didn’t need. I am thinking I might have been the first renter!

It is true that is easy to get where to park, it is not as is mentioned in the description

The apartment is pleasant, clean, and practically furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. It is centrally located, close to everything.
The apartment is located in a paid parking zone; there is no private parking space. Those wishing to park for free will need to find a spot further away. The washing machine did not appear to be in working order.
