really nice house in good location. i had my own room and toilet and could make use of shared kitchen (short usage) and balcony with very nice view
you live in the house together with the owner, Rui is a nice and helpful man (he even made bed for us and hanged our wet clothes in the garden). however he never complained or disturbed us.

View, parking inside property, possibility to use kitchen
Quality of pillow and matress, smell of damp in bedroom specially inside wardrobe, noise from host and guests on our last night, garbage not being recycled, overall house is rundown with exposed electric wires, host walks around in underwear
