Très bon rapport qualité prix, je recommande casa sereias et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Appartement spacieux pour 2 personnes Grand jardin bien entretenu avec herbes aromatiques et tomate cerise. Terrasse et barbecue sont un grand plus surtout quand il fait beau Cuisine bien équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut Petite attention à l’arrivée qui était la bienvenue après un long voyage (eau + gateau + fruits) Parking privé à l’intérieur de la maison Les instructions pour le check in étaient claires, on a trouvé facilement et Marta était très disponible.

L’odeur de l’humidité dans les placards surtout mais c’est du au fait que le taux d’humidité dans l’ile est très élevé

Comfortable house with a nice and quiet garden

We spent 3 nights at Casa Neptuno and 6 at Casa das Sereias. Marta, our host, was very friendly and available for any inquiry, communication was very efficient. The Casa Neptuno was clean and well equipped. We found the location very convenient to explore the island (it's a little bit far from Nordeste région though). We had access to a very nice garden and could pick up some herbs and min. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

Good price-to-value ratio, calm apartment

The landlord was super friendly and the check in and check out very easy. The parking is very safe inside the garden. We liked that the entry is inside the gates, no access from the road. It is a very calm and quiet area. Was easy to get everywhere on the island. The closest supermarkets are about 15 mins by car. We also liked the many towels provided, also the darker colours for thermal bath time. The kitchen also has a lot of the equipment. The bed was comfy, the shades on the windows shut the sun out perfectly in the morning. We liked the heater as well, it was enough to provide for the whole apartment.

The common room areas were not very clean, the rugs and sofa had stains. The toilet seat had spots that we had to clean upon arrival. Please check in with the cleaning staff, that is not acceptable. The kitchen cupboards have a distinct moldy smell, it is unfortunately like this in many portuguese houses, we know, but can be a problem for people with allergies or breathing problems. Also the lighting is very weak, during the evening we didn`t really see properly esp. in the kitchen area while cooking.

Great for Azores getaway

Easy self-check-in process Nice big garden with a lot of trees Convenient location in the center of the island, really easy to drive around Parking inside with remote control for the gates Bottle of water and wine included! Well equipped kitchen with an oven

Not enough carpets/mats in the rooms, floors were cold Just one movable heater, so it needs to be moved around rooms and without it room gets cold really fast The village nearby seemed quite depressing and empty. Once electricity got disabled for ~20 minutes, but it was quickly fixed by the owner. Just one electric socket on each side of the bed which was used by light already, would be great to have more sockets It was quite humid inside and no air dryer was provided. In the morning windows were covered with water from inside

Wonderful place for longer stays

Super friendly and communicative host - thank you so much for the welcome cake and food. The house was wonderful and well equipped. Loved the kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Nice big toilet. There's also a washing machine and laundry rack to dry clothes outside (super useful!) The garden was a really nice view too. The gated house also felt safe and there was enough parking space inside. Overall, loved our stay here and it was great value for money.

Maybe a fan would help with ventilation during the summer as we had to close the windows to prevent bugs from coming in. But otherwise at night it did get cooler so eventually it was ok.

Exceptional

This place is amazing. The host is very helpful and kind. The apartment has an access to a huge garden with fresh vegetables and herbs. The check in is authomatic so there was no problem with late arrival. There were water and some snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is very nice and has everything we needed during our stay. The area is calm and peacefull and all the main points of the island can be easily reached by car. We absolutely loved our stay and recommend it very very much!!

Exceptional

The Apartment is beautiful comfortable and very quiet. The garden is lovely. The owner is super helpful.

There are 2 apartments next to each other, so you have Common garden. We didnt know that. Weve had no neighbours during our stay so it was great for us but I would have not been happy if we would have had people around us.

Very clean property, most friendly host

The appartment was very clean, every corner neat. The host very friendly and helpful. Eventhough the house is within of the village of Rabo de Peixe it was very privat wiht a huge garden, you even could pick vegetable. The house very solid with nice and good interior and a very good mattress. Only the plastic matress cover made you sweat in an meteorological environment where it is already humid. Everything at hand like kitchen equipment, a lot towles or soap. Really a good place.

Great!

Everything was perfect. Marta was very kind and attent, she left in the house wine and fruits, we could use her nice garden and we spent a very nice time there. The house has all you can need and it is very comfortable. It is located in a good place to visit the island. We enjoyed specially the garden and the barbacue! Thank you.
