Ruim appartement. Complete keuken. Prima douche. Supermarkt naast de deur. Auto op besloten parkeerplaats.
Synthetische lakens. Ligging in een wat gure buurt waar veel hangouderen rondhangen. Geen mogelijkheid om buiten te zitten.

Bom edifício, renovado, com uma localização a meio da ilha, facilitando a deslocação. Disponibilização de estacionamento numa localização próxima, num outro empreendimento do mesmo proprietário, com portão automático. Uma cesta de boas vindas com produtos, maioritariamente locais, foi bem apreciada. A pedido, (antes da viagem) disponibilizaram toalhas de praia, o que para nós deu muito jeito e foi bastante apreciado. Cozinha bem equipada. As imagens são fiéis ao alojamento.
Faltaram 2 ou 3 coisas básicas, como um balde e esfregona, para algum "acidente" que tivesse acontecido durante a estadia na cozinha e talvez um gel de banho e champô (que talvez nem seja necessário pois cada hóspede terá as suas escolhas pessoais), mas tal não "estragou" a excelente estadia. Os habitantes locais podem fazer algum barulho no final do dia e no início da noite, mas eles estão no seu ambiente e nós é que somos os forasteiros, por isso, por mim, não foi um problema. A zona pode ter "uma má fama", mas connosco todos foram simpáticos e em momento algum sentimos insegurança de qualquer tipo.

Appartement geräumig, recht modern ausgestattet. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz bei Neben-Appartement.
Supermarkt direkt neben Appartement. Vermieterin = Supermarkt-Betreiberin!
Beide Doppelbetten waren mit Inkontinenz- Plastilkbezügen unter dem Leintuch bezogen. Jede Bewegung im Bett "raschelt" laut. Diese Bezüge haben wir nach der ersten Nacht entfernt.
Das Appartement liegt unmittelbar an einer Durchzugstraße in einer nicht so feinen Gegend. Auf der Straße überall Müll, am Tag und in der halben Nacht ist es extrem laut (Straßenverkehr mit lauten Autos, extrem laute Musik rundherum).
