The location was great, close to the port, the market and the German Colony but very quiet and calm. The entrance is gorgeous with the plants and trees and the little yard with chairs.
Nothing really. The towels could be bigger, but that's ok. We had a great stay.

Beautiful location. Top of the line hospitality. Clean and comfortable modern room.
The entrance to the hotel was a bit confusing. Enter from the black iron street gate and walk to the right of the building to the lobby.

The staff was wonderful. The rooftop view was great. Excellent coffee machine in breakfast area (but no breakfast) with good choice of various coffee preparations.
The inner courtyard of my room was quite dirty and housekeeping just removed an empty chip bag laying on the floor instead of giving it a thorough sweep… Also there were no pillows on wire chairs. It wasn’t inviting at all.
No sofa in the lounge area.
The bed sheets were only 70% cotton and 30% synthetic fibers.
A living cockroach was spotted twice.
