I am writing to share my experience with Urbanica following a recent stay. My family and I needed accommodations near Carmel Hospital on short notice due to an unexpected change in a surgery schedule. The team at Urbanica handled this stressful situation with remarkable professionalism, seamlessly accommodating our request to move our reservation to an earlier date.
The property itself exceeded our expectations. It is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and features a wonderful terrace that provided a quiet space to relax during a difficult time. Its proximity to Carmel Hospital is a major asset, allowing us to walk to the facility with ease.
Furthermore, the neighborhood offers incredible convenience. Everything we needed was just steps away, including a 24/7 supermarket, a pharmacy, a fruit shop, and several cafes and bars.
I cannot recommend Urbanica enough—not only for the high quality of the accommodations and location, but especially for the kindness, flexibility, and support shown by the staff when we needed it most.

Everything was fine and clean, very easy to find.
WiFi, an air conditioner, clean sheets, an electric kettle, a small fridge, nice design. A supermarket 24/7 is in the same building, a bus stop is 2 min away.
I needed a desk for my zoom class.
A hair dryer would have also been fine to have.
Windows had blinds, but not any anti-fly/anti-mosquito nets. It was too hot at night with the closed blinds.
