The hotel is located at a very central part of the city center. it's easy to reach to anywhere within 15-20 mins of public transportation drive. the hotel itself was very nicely arranged, clean, good facilities, good bed, very nice breakfast and most importantly friendly and smiley staff who, you feel, are there to help to make the stay pleasant.
The room's bathroom had very slight smell.

Oh my goodness. The selection of fresh food and the presentation 10/10. Delicious.
The staff were super helpful. Our luggage had been delayed and they offered to help with emergency toothbrushes, showed us where to go shopping for any other essentials and even lent us a phone charger. Above and beyond. Thank you
The bathroom wasn't as big as some we have stayed in, and the door was creaky to open
