So glad we got to bring our pup with us to stay in this cozy beach cottage.

the property is great. Location was everything. can walk down to the beach, Seabrook is very close. The property itself was great. It is what you’d expect from an older beach house, but we liked the charm and loved-in feel that provided.

The beds weren’t very comfortable to us, but that is personal preference.

Very poor

The beach

The place is pretty rough and in need of many repairs. Pictures are deceiving. Main garage can was full from previous guests. No place to put ours. Won't rent this place again.

We want to be back!

It was overall a very comfortable place. We already want to be back.

the blinds in the living/family room were missing many pieces and a couple of windows were not able to be locked.

Superb

Location, closed to the beach, quiet area Roomy

House is old. Have moldy/mildew smell when we walked in. Living room window blinds are missing pieces. Kitchen floor are peeling. Flooring are uneven throughout. Kitchen drawers doesn't slide smoothly, hard to open.

Much better than a hotel for about the same price

Price, location to beach, big house and getting to spend lots of time with family. Very dog friendly

Coffee maker didn't work, couch was very comfortable but well used and torn, needed to be tech savvy to turn on tv(we weren't), would have liked screens on windows

The location is close to the State Park, the accommodations are roomy. We have stayed many times in the past at this location and it is showing its wear and tear - at this price point we expected improved quality of inside furnishings.

Cost of house and quality of the accommodations was overpriced. House needs to have living room window coverings replaced badly. The housekeeping service was not satisfactory - when we arrived the furniture was out of place and we had to call to have various supplies brought to us that are usually provided.

Poor value for the price

Stained and sagging ceiling, ripped and peeling wall paper, holes in carpet, bad condition of couch upholstery, broken blinds.Dog hair and sand on one of the beds. Dining chairs are unmatching folding chairs. Filthy entry doors give awful first impression. Appliances are in good working order, shower is very nice, hot water plentiful.

garbage and trash in yard and back porch is not acceptable

Garbage was in back yard and trash and garbage on back porch so not sanitary so not acceptable and expect refund. Blinds on windows were busted so did not feel safe. key In lock box took forever to get out

The house was way over priced for the condition that it is in. I don't mind staying in a funky old house as long as the price is right and this isn't it! I would not recommend this to any of my friends.

Salty Dog, was a descent stay.

Nice clean house. Good location. New Appliances and newer bathroom was nice.

Sloping or uneven floors. No TV in bedrooms.

Disappointed in Salty Dog

Location was nice. Accessibility to beach very convenient.

The unit Is generally pretty worn and showing it’s age......back half floor is so slanted the main bed has a shim to almost make it level. Would of liked a list of supplies necessary for use in unit (dishwasher/laundry soap) Coffee maker had moldy grounds left in machine Sheets and towels left in dryer to put back on bed. Fitted sheet had stain on it when removed from dryer. Blind slats missing in front room (privacy issue). Carpet has burn marks from wood stove Internet is spotty.....did not work during the day but would work 3am to +\- 6am during our stay. No note on the non working garbage disposal.... Not sure how much waste is blocking slow drain. Vacasa suggests starting a load of laundry upon departure but no soap available.
