-Sehr sauber, super netter Empfang und alles wurde ausführlich und verständlich erklärt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt.
-Die Lage ist absolut zentral – alles ist schnell und bequem erreichbar.
* Sehr einfach zu finden und unkompliziert zu erreichen.
* Trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig.
* Restaurants, Cafés und kleine Geschäfte sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
* Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich bequem zu Fuß erreichen.
* Perfekte Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, ohne auf Ruhe und Erholung verzichten zu müssen.

We were meet at arrival at S. Samuel and walked to the property, great communication prior and during our stay.

Die Lage war perfekt. Wenige Minuten zum Anleger S. Samuele und fußläufig waren wir schnell am Markusplatz. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die FeWo hatte viel italienischen Charme. Die Wohnung hatte sowohl eine Miele Spül- als auch Waschmaschine. Ein schöner Platz mit Gastronomie ist direkt um die Ecke.
Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu kochen, keine Maschine, keinen Filter, etc. Die Fenster des Hauptschlafzimmers gehen zum Durchgangsweg und waren sehr hellhörig. Über der Dusche ist alles schimmelig gewesen. Trotz dieser Probleme würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Bastante decepcionante , limpieza se puede mejorar muchísimo , las sábanas y colchas se pueden renovar.
