Beautiful, full stocked home ready to go for a long family weekend near Newport, RI. Right by the beach with all the amenities needed for family vacation away from home.
Julie was a pleasure to work with and worked with us on a few special requests. Pictures of the property and surroundings are accurate and give the right impression of what to expect. Long time local restaurants are nearby and are a short walk.

My family and I had a wonderful stay celebrating my sister's 50th bday. There was plenty of space for all 9 of us and the house was incredibly clean, plenty of towels to shower and the kitchen was fully stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here especially during the summer months since its so close to the beach. The check in process was super smooth and the hose was very responsive and accommodating. A+++.

Our Easton's point stay was perfect! We booked this trip for our annual friends trip. There were 4 couples and 3 babies that were age 1 and under. It was the perfect location being close to the beach and made it easy to bring a ton of extra things for the babies. The bedrooms were good size to fit a pack and play and were even bigger than what we expected based on the listing pictures. The house was clean and communication with the owner was seamless. This was also a great location to walk to local restaurants and a very easy ride into town. The property was really well stocked. Endless shower/beach towels, beach accessories, chairs, etc. You really don't have to pack much! This was the perfect summer vacation and week away with friends.

Best vacation home we've ever stayed in
Besides the superb location next to the beach in Newport and the great condition the house, it is apparent that the host Julie has taught of everything. From beach towels chairs and toys to all the laundry
and dishwasher soap, bath and facial tissues, coffee, salt and pepper, etc, there wasn't a thing that we would have wanted that wasn't already there. She is immediately accessible for our every question. It is apparent that she not only takes a lot of pride in her vacation homes but she has thought through every angle to provide her guests with great value for the money. She rents her properties as if she were staying there herself. Just a great experience.

Wonderful Beachside Stay!
My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay at this home perfectly located steps from the beach. The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked (we especially appreciated the abundance of clean towels for our ocean dips!). Julie was a kind and responsive host, and we so appreciated her welcoming us into her home. We would absolutely recommend this listing and hope to return!

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more!
Our family of six adults found the property a perfect fit for us. Immaculate, comfortable and in a perfect location between water views and proximity to town center. This host also owns another house next door which will make for a perfect family reunion get away at 8 bedrooms ( multiple beds in many of the bedrooms) in total between the two houses. Julie was a thoughtful host. I highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful home and perfect location!
We went to Julie's house for a long girls weekend in the beginning of June. Julie was kind and communicative, the house was exactly as pictured and the location was better than we could have hoped for. It was an easy ride to the center of Newport and we were able to get ubers on the night we went out for drinks and dinner. The nights we stayed in were even more memorable. The kitchen has everything you could need and the basement has a ping pong table and pool table. Overall, we were extremely happy with the house and have not stopped talking about our trip since. We hope to get back Julie's place soon!

Extended family vacation with kids!
We had a wonderful short getaway stay with my husband and his siblings + significant others plus my 2 young kids. The house couldn’t have been more perfect with 4 rooms and extra beds in 2 of rooms, plus a game room for extra hang out space at night to keep it quieter in main house while kids slept (bring a baby monitor) and observe local noise ordinances at night. House was well stocked with beach gear and toys and games for adults and kids! My youngest daughter was so sad to leave the slide by the beach! We all had an amazing trip and couldn’t have picked a better location for plenty of space to hang at the house plus easy access to beach (with fun rocks for kids to climb and lots of seashells to collect), beautiful views of the Cliff Walk, walkable local restaurants but also easy short drive or Uber to downtown Newport. Our gracious host was super responsive and home was very clean and organized!

Pristine home with easy beach access
This well-maintained home in the second row from the beach has good water and beach views with direct access to the beach. It is well-located and well-equipped, especially for families with kids.
We had toddlers and so had special needs for safety and security. The owner was very responsive to these needs suggesting that they will be a priority going forward. All in all a wonderful spot with its proximity to the beach, activities in town & on the water and the wildlife refuge.

We loved the house! We had 8 girls who stayed in the house for a quick little girls weekend getaway. The house was so clean. We Walked to the beach and the Cliff walk. Downtown was a quick 5 minute Uber ride. We all said we would love to stay there again.

Beautiful, spotless home right on the water!
Celebrated my sister’s bachelorette at Julie’s gorgeous beachside home and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Julie was super accommodating and her house comfortably slept everyone. It’s also a quick 8-10 min uber into downtown Newport, and walking distance to the cliff walk.

Beautiful house in the perfect location
My group of 11 girlfriends stayed at Julie’s beautiful home for a weekend in late September and it could not have been more perfect! There was enough bed space for everyone and the house was equipped with everything you need from beach activities to cooking and cleaning. Julie was extremely responsive and helpful as well as accommodating. The house is clean, comfortable, and has beautiful views of Easton’s beach. It is a quick 5 minute Uber ride to downtown Newport which was nice being away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag. There were also some restaurants near by in walking distance. The house is also very close to the cliff walk. Newport vineyard and polo grounds are both only about 10 minutes away. We had a great weekend staying here and I look forward to staying here again in the future! I highly recommend!

Beautiful property, convenient location, everything you need for a family and friends vacation!
We enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend and couldn't have been happier with our choice of rental. We had five adults and four kids and it was absolutely perfect!!! The proximity to the beach was ideal for kids so we could run back to get snacks and more toys. Speaking of toys, Julie has a bin with all the buckets, shovels, and cars you could want! We really enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner out on the deck overlooking the beach. We are looking forward to returning next year!
