Perfecta

Nos encanto todo, un apartamento muy completo donde nos facilitaron realmente muchas cosas, sin duda lo recomendaremos cuando nos pregunten.

Por ponerle alguna pega, que no habia horno, pero en el microondas sin priblemas.

Excellent fika vibes at Calle Fika.

Lovely apartment with everything you might need, very clean and all new furnishings. Loved the little touches such as the beers in the fridge and bottles of water. It makes such a big difference with the welcome. Ideal for a short stay in Bilbao.

The local neighborhood was a little lively at night.

Fika flat takes you into Bilbao.

Fika flat is just at the border of barrio viejo in Bilbao, so it is conveniently located to visit the city. Although we did not meet the host, we were given precise instructions about how to collect the keys and how to access the car park, which is just in front of the flat and rented at a good price. The apartment is ample, it was clean and we found drinks in the fridge and what is necessary for a light breakfast. Although in the city center, at night is quiet and we slept very well.

In general we like to meet the host. But, as I said, check in and out were well arranged. Price perhaps a bit high, but I acknowledge that our stay was during the Semana Grande, perhaps the highest peak time in Bilbao.

Tidy flat in central location

Great location on edge of old town,close to many bars and good restaurants. Its a busy local neighbourhood which felt edgy at first, but we acclimatised after a day. Flat was tidy,clean and well equipped, even had some basic supplies like coffee, milk and tea. Nearby shops and bakers. Views (and light) are limited as its on 1st floor (elevator available) and overlooks side street.

Applicable only if arriving by car - it was somewhat challenging to find by car due to one way system around steep narrow streets. Our Satnav misled us ending up at wrong end of the one way Fika Calle - check it out on Streetview if arriving by car. Car parking via host at 15€ day

Perfect location and adorable decor. The host left perfect touches!

The apartment was so cute and the little touches like the mints, water and coffee were perfect! My mom and I loved it so much!

Home from home

Clean, comfortable and spacious flat with every small detail catered for and thoughtful touches. Excellent facillities for self catering, plus the washing machine was very welcome after 10 days of interrailing.

The neighborhood is a bit down at heel but we didn't encounter any actual problems.

The apartment exceeded all our expectations

The apartment was excellently located to everything in the old part of the city so we walked everywhere. The apartment was chic, cosy and spotlessly clean. The host had lots of little extras throughout the apartment which made the apartment more homely but also much more than we were expecting.

There was nothing we didn’t like. the host has a beautiful apartment that we would be only too happy to stay in again.

Very good value for money

The apartment is wonderful. It's centrally located, close to the heart of the city! It's big enough to fit 3 people (no more), with a well-equipped kitchen and a good-sized bathroom. It was very easy to check in and out. Overall, we'd stay there again, if we were to visit Bilbao in the future.

When we arrived the apartment was super clean. However, keep in mind there was no cleaning service during our stay and that was 6 nights, so that could be improved... It was a bummer that we didn't have more than 1 set of towels each (bath towel + hand towel). Towels get wet and dirty quite easily. Finally, the location, although very very central, is quite dirty and at times it smells urine, but that's not the apartment's flaw but rather the the neighbourhood's issue with pets and drunk people peeing literally everywhere.

The flat was clean, neat and well-equipped. The owner was available to answer questions. Would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect - size for 3, location, very comfortable, and clean! I I ever go to Bilbao again I will stay at Fika Flat for sure.

Lovely apartment

It was clean, organized, cozy, and charming. The woman who owns the Fika Flat is very kind and helpful.

There’s an alleyway nearby that you must walk through to get to the rest of the city. There were times it felt quite unsafe for two women traveling alone (I have lived and traveled globally, so this was a unique experience). Nothing happened, and we loved our space, but just an FYI to be aware of if you are coming to stay.
