Acceptable quality economy accommodation on the outskirts of Bordeaux
Caution required in planning your route to ensure you do not enter the Bordeaux low emissions zone. This is not referenced in any of the hotel details.
The hand basin in our bathroom was blocked.

Easy check in and out. English spoken. Rooms with terrace or balcony. Appealing simple design, bathroom featured modern facilities and appealing tiles. Quiet neighbourhood. Would stay again.
Room was very clean on first sight, until I discovered white dog hair on my socks. I don't mind that they are open to accept guests with their pets, but the room service should keep up with this and ensure it goes without any traces subsequent guests might notice. The toilet brush was scattered with scraps of dissolved toilet paper all over, that likely have accumulated over a couple of stays. The safe's batteries were empty, rendering it unusable. Despite everything, the room still felt clean enough for me, and the issues mentioned didn't make me feel uncomfortable or disgusted, so I didn't complain. Still, I think room service could improve on what to check between guests' stays.

It was very easy to find, and peaceful. The rooms were good, great bathroom. The staff were very helpful, and worked very hard .
Food could have been a bit. But they did explain that they had been let down by their supplier. However, had a very good, inexpensive bottle of local red wine.
