2.[图片][图片]定价7,2 命名：Plato Soporte de Forma dia.50mmWe had booked a room for four, but upon arrival in the evening, we encountered an issue: the staff on duty refused to allow our 3-year-old child to stay with us, even though we had requested a complimentary crib at the time of booking. As a result, we were forced to book an additional room. The staff member on duty claimed that such situations are common with bookings made via Booking.com, suggesting that the platform’s policies do not always align with the hotel’s own policies. However, the following morning, the hotel manager, Jovan, reached out to apologize and refunded the cost of the extra room. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Jovan for his assistance and support. He clarified that the policies of B&B Hotels are, in fact, consistent with those displayed on Booking.com, and confirmed that we are indeed entitled to request a complimentary crib for a 3-year-old child.
