Great location, beautiful decor, the attention on the front desk was beyond nice very caring and kind. The amenities on the bathroom top quality. And the gym is very good. Breakfast included was basic but good.
Very low lights, the water pressure extremely low took forever to take a shower. And there was a smell I’m guessing because of the carpet… not a terrible smell but a smell.

Die Zimmer wurden die ganze Woche nicht gereinigt und auch der Papierkorb nicht. Das Badezimmer war ohne Dunstabzug, so war das zimmerklima feucht. Da kein Fenster (nur zum Flur) war war insgesamt das Raumklima bescheiden und leicht muffig. Sehr sehr schade! Nach der ersten Nacht hätte ich volle Sterne gegeben. Nach 5 Tagen insgesamt mittelmäßig

The rooms are very noisy, namely the (loud) pipes and heating system's fan. They don't clean the rooms daily. Breakfast is basic.

Everything was nice, there were loud voices in the hallway, kids and adults. That was my only complaint, staff great. Room clean, breakfast wonderful, nice scenery.

Room ventilation didn't work as described. No vent in bathroom. Small full size beds. No window to outside in room. Breakfast was misleading. It was continental and the fruit was old. They used to have a full buffet breakfast, but that is gone.

Arrived at night and couldn't find the entrance. Almost gsve up. Please post signs on other locked entrance doors as to where the entrance is.

Superaardig en behulpzaam personeel. Deden werkelijk alles om je het naar het zin te maken. Prijs-kwaliteit is goed, evenals de locatie met de tramstop voor de deur. Het ontbijt (inbegrepen) was een aangename verrassing! Zeker een aanrader!

1. “Hey, your room is ready! Want to check in (30 minutes) early?” Turned out, I was charged for “early” check-in. Shameful. Should have been told right away I would be charged. When I checked out, I heard other staff tell future customers there would be a charge. Customer declined. I was not notified when I registered.
2. All night, from Room 249 and higher room numbers, had to listen to something mechanical; loud, even with ear plugs.
3. Not enough of the right kind of light in the bedroom for reading. Need a tall lamp AND a comfy chair.
4. Awful mattress, as reported. Could easily roll right off the bathroom door side. Rolled to the center of the bed from the entry door side. Combined with the heater(?) noise all night (reported), I probably should have asked for another room.
5. Morning bakery options, except croissants, had almost no flavor.
6. There really should have been more ordinary tables and chairs in the breakfast area(s). People were trying to find places to eat the provided continental breakfast, but were stuck eating on the floor, trying to balance drinks and plates on upholstered furniture, or giving up and walking out.
7. The next time there’s a serious update, fix the curved shower curtain bar in the bathroom (reported): The screws to hold the shower rod seem correctly placed EXCEPT the curve of the shower curtain means the shower water ends up *outside* the shower basin floor, making the water flood the bathroom.
8. The collars that are supposed to surround the ends of the handicap bars in the shower should be properly installed, not lose
with sharp screw heads to cut someone taking a shower, grabbing a bar’s end.
9. The non-fitting front door to the ladies’ restroom downstairs is waaaay too heavy for someone in a wheelchair to get in/out. There should be an electric button to open that door.

It was a lovely overnight stay. Great location and clean.
The hotel is quite big and they do not offer luggage assistance around the hotel which also has some stairs where the elevator cannot be in place.

コートやジャケットをかけるハンガーがあれば良かった。
Google mapでは1200 Beacon StreetがKent Steet寄りに表示されるので、Kent Street駅でTを降りるように案内される。

I liked the quiet neighborhood. The hotel is located close across from the train station.

I thought it was quiet and calm. The sitting area was spacious. The lighting throughout the hotel gave it a cozy vibe.
I guess if I had to say something, it would be picking up our trash daily. We stayed four nights so our accumulated. And I didn’t want to leave our trash outside our room.

Perfect location. Close to the subway stop (Green line C) so getting to the Downtown takes about 20 minutes.

Staff and location are nice.
The room was falsely advertised. The photos and description did not match with what I paid for. The room did not have a window. We were in the dark with no natural light. The room didn't even have a closet as pictured. Our clothes had to stay in the luggage. Front staff said they would contact management to do a compensation for us, but management never did anything during our stay, nor afterward. All we ever heard from other guests were complaints since their rooms were also falsely advertised. Don't stay at the Arcadian. You're better off staying at a real hotel. Don't do business with Sonder whatsoever.

it was close to BU and easy to get to from the train. the public spaces we nice and occupied throughout the day.
our room had no exterior windows and this was not made clear when booked, the kinky way to keep the room from getting stuffy was turning on the air conditioner which was very loud and blew straight toward the bed, which was very uncomfortable. when I spoke the staff about this they said they were working on making this clearer in their room descriptions. the breakfast was bad.

It was in a central location, the tram stops were over the road, bed was really comfy and the bathroom and shower were great. There was a microwave in the lounge area which was handy to reheat food as we didn’t want to eat out every day.
There was nowhere to hang clothes which wasn’t major but would have been useful. The breakfast selection was not great and featured mostly pastries and bagels. It would have been nice to have some yoghurt and maybe some fruit to have with cereal, and bread that could be toasted.

It was very close to the T which made traveling around quite easy. There is also a bluebike station near the hotel but we lucked out because it was out of commission while we were there.
This hotel does not respond to questions and messages sent via booking.com.
Hotel cost didn’t not include any room cleaning, even for a 10 day stay. If we wanted to clean the hotel will cha he us an extra 50 USD for each clean.
The reception staff also did not explain the security deposit to me properly, they called it “a tax” and caused unnecessary confusion. I have to make further enquiries with another staff before this unknown “tax” was clarified.
The room was also very humid despite running the AC. The windows were all permanently locked shut so you cannot get any fresh air from the windows. The room doors were all sticking, many rooms did not have their doors shut properly. Cosmetically annoying, all the hotel room doors had a patchy paint job so it was very ugly and dingy looking.
The lobby area was only partially clean, all the carpets and lounges in the dining room were terribly stained and looks like they don’t clean it.

The first room we had smelled like a sewer - they moved us to another room and it had a tiny bathroom and a closet with no hangers and no door. The bathroom door was hollow metal and smeared with dried drips of something. Absolutely cannot understand how they charged us the rate they did for this room.

The location but not much else to be honest. Easy to check in late I guess.
Floor had not been hoovered well on arrival, was going to ask for room to be hoovered only to hear someone in front of me ask for the same thing and then heard the staff deliberate weather they would charge that woman $50 dollars to have it hoovered! There were also all handprints on the bathroom door. Remnants of blue toothpaste splash’s to the left of the sink. The room was poorly lit. The light above the door did not work. The smell of the room was incredibly musty, and I think gave me a bad chest... Stains were on parts of the he ceiling. Breakfast was extremely basic and decided to eat out every day. The room was advertised on bookings.com that you could opt to not have housekeeping come into the room if you wish. As I hadn’t opted for this I assumed We would have housekeeping come in at least once if not twice given are stay was 7 days. On the third day I came back to the room and they hadn’t been and we needed clean towels. I raised this with front desk and they informed me housekeeping was $50 extra per day! I was given clean towels at the desk and she said she didn’t have any bath mats but would get some brought to my room. Theses never came. I would have been better off booking 7 individual nights rather than a 7 days stay, that was at least I would have had my room service and clean sheets during my 7 day stay. Oh and also hope no one in the room above uses to toilet in the night in the room above you as this woke us up a few times as it is so loud!
All in all the room just did not feel clean.
It had also been advertised with a bar. This was never open during our 7 days there. Also be aware the room we stayed in and the whole corridor we were on had no natural light in the rooms and are very Dark and dingy. I would say this place is more like a cheap motel rather than hotel.

The bed was comfortable. The gym had several equipment and was spacious. They provided toiletries with no concern for running out of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. You can ask for more towels. Daily breakfast bar. Quiet area. Seemed you could wait in the lobby space and do work if you came before your check-in, or to do work while you were staying there. Located near shops (CVS, Trader Joe's) and restaurants.
Very confusing lay out with many side doors but really you can only go in through the main entrance, and there are stairwells throughout the building but you can't access all the floors depending on which you use (the ice machines are only on the 3rd and 5th floors). The one elevator is in the lobby, which can be far for physically limited folks as the building is rectangular thus hallways are very long. Turns out the middle rooms are where a pool used to be, so those "windows" open up right into the hallway. Communication could improve. Seemed short staffed. It took quite some time (2 business days) for their key system to get back online so you'd have to wait for them to walk you and other guests to your room. Parking structure is directly under the hotel but is costly ($13/<60 min up to $45/8+ hrs).

The hotel was clean and well presented. Staff always around, especially during breakfast to replenish items and keep food areas clean. The front desk were incredibly freindly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. We asked for a room with more space to hang clothing (my wife wares long dresses habitually) and our first room didn't have hooks or space to do this easily. We were moved to another room the following morning following a late check-in. If your planning on site-seeingthen the location is perfect for easy access to the 'T' tram system, which stops about 20 metres from the front door
Nothing really to fault. The norm is not to have a wardrobe. Now I am aware of this I'll add to the booking form in future to save the staff and us wasted time.

You can’t open the windows and get some fresh air in and some rooms are dark as they face inner corridors. The breakfast is barely even a breakfast - the choice is very poor, there is almost nothing there expect for pastries
