Fantastic location, beautiful and safe neighborhood, close to train and buses. Good continental breakfast. Very clean.
3rd floor , steep stairs. The floor creaks loudly with every step.

A very charming old property, full of characters and history. The room and bathroom are very clean. The location is perfect for our needs, just a short walk to restaurants and shops and tram stops.
The noisy floor boards, the steep stairs and the old bed/mattress which doesn't support well.

Loved the cozy decor and communal breakfast. There were lots of options for breakfast and it felt like great value. The shower was excellent and everything was very clean. Our room was right next to the kitchen so we could hear breakfast being prepared in the morning but the small fan in the room provided enough background noise to muffle outside noises.
Only two small recommendations: offer a way to not have towels cleaned every day as this felt unnecessary. Secondly, a sign explaining what gets recycled and what goes into the trash at breakfast would help us sort waste.

The building was cute.
I had to pay separate for a shower/toilet if I wanted one. The stairs were crowded/small especially when carrying luggage. I would have loved to talk with the owners and learn more about the city and things to do. Staying in a place with several others, I thought it would be nice to talk with everyone, but it’s as if everyone were in their own worlds. Parking ( if I had been able to get it ) was not good. You have to park behind others. Since I could not get parking, I had to pay separately for parking.
