Loved my stay in Brookline! The place was sparkling clean and the whole property felt really well kept. The location was super convenient too, literally just steps from the Green Line, which made getting around so easy. Would 100% stay here again!

Property didn't have breakfast included, that I knew of! In addition to the great mini kitchen in our unit (#37) there was a FULL kitchen next door/down the hall with everything you need to cook a full meal, if you want. There are also a fair number of restaurants and a Trader Joe within a short walk.
I was very annoyed by the lack of access to video/movie/tv streaming or cable. The cable system was outdated and hard to figure out, and it was on a closed private internet/cable hookup, so we couldn't plug in our Chromecast device to stream our own content. A really big drag since we were there for several days and couldn't even watch a Netflix show or a cable movie. I called the management for assistance and was basically told the network remains private and not accessible to guests for security. They should have some sort of ability for guests to stream content, by this day and age most hotels and home rentals have this.
