We had a wonderful stay at Zhangjiajie Suxin Hotel. The staff’s hospitality truly stood out from day one—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and eager to make sure we had a great visit.
They made our itinerary effortless by helping us book our local excursions and tickets. Navigating the area can be tricky, but their recommendations and assistance with reservations saved us so much time and hassle.
Communication was always quick and easy, which made coordinates and asking for advice entirely stress-free.
If you're visiting Zhangjiajie, I highly recommend staying at Suxin Hotel for the great service and welcoming environment. We would happily stay here again!

Really liked the location, how clean our room was and absolutely loved all the help with bookings to the National Parks. Our stay was absolutely amazing!

Lucas, the concierge was fantastic. He let us know all the information we needed in order to have a fantastic time at Zhangjiajie National Park. He also upgraded our room after we made a mistake with the booking. Breakfast was excellent and they opened breakfast early for us to go on our excursions at a good time.
The room was dirty, the bathroom door was missing. We saw mould in the bathroom. The blinds were broken and we couldn't close the window. Wall paper falling apart.
