Located in Rio Grande, this lovely villa for $490 per night is a great option for your next break. Beautifully decorated Mediterranean Villa located in cluster 7 “Vistas Del Cacique” in the Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort & Country Club. This superb resort has a beach club, casino, Spa, clay and hard tennis courts, two wonderful golf courses (the Ocean course designed by Tom & George Fazio and the River course designed by Greg Norman) all next to the majestic “El Yunque” Rain Forest. The Villa's Community pool is directly across the property. This unique property has 4 bedrooms & 4 FULL bathrooms, the master and second bedroom have a king size bed, the third bedroom has two single beds and the forth bedroom is the family room and is equipped with two futon beds. All rooms are air-conditioned and the living room area has a central air conditioner. A fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you can think of, including a Wine Cooler. A total of 4 flat screen TV’s, washer and dryer and a spectacular balcony overlooking the resort and the best beach views. The villa has cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet service. The Villa has an automatic emergency generator for the whole villa and a water cistern so you’ll never have problems with water or power outages. There is assigned parking for two cars at the villa.

We stayed here for spring vacation with our two teenage girls and their friends. The unit was super clean and comfortable- it was perfect for the 6 of us. The beach was a two minute drive and it was easy to rent a golf cart. We were able to have a lot of meals in, which maximized our time on the beach. The washer/dryer was a huge help too. The kids did zip lining about 15 minutes away and spent time at Luquillo swimming & jet skiing and used our beach and pool everyday. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Just a great vacation.

The property was even better in person than in pictures. Our family had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complex is beautiful and it’s nice to have access to hotel restaurants too. The property manager Yamaira is wonderful, she responded timely to any questions we had and made everything super easy.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The villa was perfect for my family. The amenities were an added bonus. The location was ideal and close to all the sites. We would definitely book this property again without hesitation.

The good:: it is beautifully decorated and a great view of the ocean about a mile or so away The beds were comfortable Bad: One of the bathrooms has black mold on the ceiling. There is construction outside and what sounded like people dropping bowling balls from the floor above. Not a great way to be startled awake The description of the property states it is in a cluster inside the Wyndham, and then describes tennis, golf (which you can do) beach club which also is one of the photos. When I asked the owner recommendations for dining the first on her list were restaurants inside the Wyndham. I asked how we gain entry and since I didn’t get a response I called the Wyndham.who told me we do not have access the the Wyndham grounds. She also apologized saying a lot of owners lie about the properties. I contacted the owner of the villa and she said every other guest was able to gain access. She told me that she would contact them and get it straightened out and call me back. Great. What I did receive was this text: Hi again! After listening to all your inconveniences in the phone call and considering that our experience has always been that they spend a spectacular vacation, we extend our apologies and give you the opportunity to end the rental agreement if you wish and we will process the refund of VRBO from today, Sept 11, 2021. You would have to check out before 8pm and let me know the decision as soon as posible Also the cleanning person in charge of the villa is trying to communicate with you, please let her know if you want to clean or solve any issue in the property Sorry again! M Peñagarícano I responded I responded: So in other words we try to find accommodations on a Saturday for a weekend for a family or we just suck it up No getting us access to the Wyndham, or compensation of any sort for the inconvenience, the noise? Her -at 2:45- Unfortunately we have no control about all that is happening. We would like for you to have a great vacation and not suck it up so I am offering you two options. (1) stay there for the rest of your stay or (2) leave today at 8pm and get your money back (only charging you last night). Regarding the Wyndham, you have access to everything there except swim in their pools nor use their chairs. By the way, nowhere on our VRBO page we included that you have access to the hotel facilities. The pictures we included in the villa’s page, are showing the area where the property is locateed

I’m thrilled to say we had a fantastic experience at one of the most beautiful condos we saw (wedding party and we were often in others condos). From the moment of booking until we checked out, communication was fantastic. The condo itself is absolutely beautiful, and was more than enough room to accommodate our group. The beds were comfortable, the decor was beautiful, and each guest had their own bathroom (a huge plus). The only “down side” is that it isn’t a quick walk from the beach, but nothing a rental car or golf cart can’t fix. And the views, my goodness the views. This property overlooks the entire golf course and you can have your coffee while watching the water. Beautiful! Highly recommended, thanks for making my first trip to Puerto Rico a success!

This property had everything we needed and more! Lots of bonus items, like beach toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler as well as home goods and kitchen supplies. The condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. Lots of room for families. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do and see and our contact person (Juan) was responsive and nice!

The house was clean and spacious. Furniture and beds were comfortable. I like that each bedroom has it's own bathroom plus a bathroom near the living room for guests. Heated water in every bathroom that seemed endless. Location is close to most everything. My only issue is that it does not have easy beach access and the beach access you do have is not great for families most of the time. We spent most of our time out by the beach in Luquillo, that was a great beach as it had areas for swimming and surfing. For food there were plenty of spices, cookware and dishes as well as the grill with propane on the balcony. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend it to any family.

Our family of 6 had a fantastic vacation! Communication with Juan was easy, check in was seamless, and the property was just as pictured. Plenty of room, comfy beds, laundry room came in handy. The extra beach chairs and toys were a great bonus. Beautiful views from the balcony. Highly recommend!

We loved this Vistas del Cacique 4/4 condo. It was perfectly appointed and equiped. Just just like the pictures, immaculately clean, and large spaces super comfortable for our family. We really enjoyed our stay!!!
