The hotel is like a museum - full of incredible pieces of art and murals, with each room having its own theme. The room was large and clean. Cleaned daily. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was simple but good. Offered water, tea and fresh fruits at all times in the communal area.
Location is a bit out of the way of the tourist zone but less than a 15 minutes walk.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
One minor point is that the staircase creaks a lot when people walk on it, so it can be noisy if guests come back late.
No fan or air conditioning makes the room a bit hot and stuffy.

We loved our stay here! The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Staff were friendly and the breakfast cooked to order was delicious. The location is good - there are a few nice restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away and the metro is close by.
The laundry cost us more than expected ($10 instead of $5 for one bag) because of a small number of white socks being separate, but otherwise everything was great.
