Beautiful, immaculate, comfortable and quiet. From the warm, welcome and early check in to the luxurious amenities, our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre was exceptional! Nicole and Antonio went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, and Nicole makes THE best cappuccino I’ve ever tasted! Their attention to detail and commitment to Customer satisfaction made our stay truly memorable. The hotel is located in a very safe neighborhood and their recommendation for dinner and gelato did not disappoint. When we come back to Rome, we will definitely be staying with Nicole and Antonio again at Residenza Venti Settembre!

La atención de Antonio y Nicole fue excelente, nos sentimos como en casa y con amigos. son excelentes personas siempre dispuestos para ayudarte y aconsejarte de lugares. te ofrecen un rico desayuno a base de café y panes, algo de fruta, lo esencial. Antonio nos ofreció el mejor café cappuccino que he probado, buenísimo, hasta un mapa te dan donde te explican con detalle sobre lugares para conocer y para comer fuera de lo común. nos recomendó un restaurante buenísimo que está a la vuelta del hotel (a 3 cuadras) que se llama: Pizzeria al forno della soffitta, buenísimo. de echo, tenemos ya su WhatsApp para mantener contacto con ellos y sin duda alguna volveremos a hospedarnos con ellos, la ubicación es excelente, cerca de paradas de camión y de la terminal del metro, la zona muy segura. la limpieza impecable, camas muy cómodas.
unos percheros en el baño para poder colgar las toallas húmedas, un poco de ventilación por medio de un extractor para los vapores de la regadera. son pequeños detalles que considero muy fáciles de solucionar y son como un plus más que como algo que no me hubiera gustado. en general no tengo nada que no me haya gustado.

Our stay at the Residenza Venti Settembre was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. The friendliness and commitment to detail of the owners, Antonio and Nicole, was beyond compare. The rooms are immaculate, clean, bright and comfortable. The breakfast served to our door each morning was an unexpected delight to say the least. We came as strangers left as friends.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the amazing stay and quality of service provided by Antonio and Nicole. From the moment I walked in till the moment I left, Antonio and Nicole provided the best possible service. I could not ask for more, I will be coming back next time I visit Rome. I would recommend every traveller coming to Rome to stay here the location is very close to everything and in the safest part of Rome. Antonio and Nicole are very supportive and help you with more than just your accomodation. They provided me with the best service, answering every question and going above and beyond for everything. Owners are super generous and welcoming, I felt like home. The are very attentive to details, welcoming smiling very helpful in the very way. Everything was perfect for a boutique hotel located in historical building. I have been in 5 stars hotels around the world and I like it more than 5 star hotel services. Knowing the owner by itself is a plus. The vibes and atmosphere is very positive
The place is comfortable, clean, hygienic, quiet, safe.
Don’t judge on the building from outside wait until you meet your ye lovely owners.

The hosts were so kind and friendly and really went the extra mile. Antonio even gave us a short extra walking tour of the Jewish ghetto area where he works part-time. They looked after our bags for extra time on the last day and also gave us a very late night check in especially. The facilities are simple and clean, and the room was very quiet. Comfy beds!

Attention and care from the hosts Antonio and Nicole always available to serve, to provide information and help guidance to the daily tours. Both are also very kind to share hints about the Italian culture. Believe it or not the best cappucino in Rome.
Location is excelent, walking distance from 2 metro station and very safe.

Our stay was amazing! It is a little family run guest house and the staff cannot do enough for you, they are there to greet you with a smile every-time you enter and to ask about your day.
It has a lovely Italian feel to it rather than a big chain hotel. The room was cleaned everyday and really good size for me and my partner with all appliances available.
The location is great its walking distance to Trevi fountains and colosseum. There are lots of little coffee shops and bakery’s local. The metro is only a 15 minute walk away which takes you to the Vatican for only 2 euros.
I would recommend this guest house to anyone visiting Rome it was amazing.
That I couldn’t stay there longer.

Wow, all I can say is wow.
The hotel is a real jewel! We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is super clean, organized, and very well maintained (everything looks brand new)!
The rooms are great, and clean also and the bed was really comfortable as well :)
The location is great also, 20mins walk from the attractions and it’s safe and quiet area, which is very important since Rome can be quite busy!
The greatest thing (and there are a lot) in this hotel is the hosts, Nicole and Antonio.
We have never received such great service and family feelings! They are super nice and did above and beyond to make us happy - they brought us (without any additional cost) breakfast and coffee every day, and not just breakfast, a great huge one that can easily be enough for 4 people (we were two).
They helped us with tips about the area, and they made sure we have drinks and anything else we needed. We can’t say thank you enough and I really recommend you to visit their hotel. Words can’t describe it enough :)

Lovely welcoming hosts. Excellent central location (visited the Colosseum, Vatican City, Stadio Olimpico, Trevi Fountain, Jewish Quarter to name a few!) Spotlessly clean. Complimentary mini bar and coffees/breakfast was a lovely surprise. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - would give this more than 5 stars if I could!

The owners and the staff are amazing ! I've been travelling a lot but I've never met people to care as much as they did .
They are always available to help in everything , the rooms are daily kept clean and always warm , the building is silent and it is not bad located at all . Me and my friend walked a lot around Rome and it didn't take us more than 30 min to get in any spot of Rome .
Not to forget to mention that , there is always a great coffee , juice and a snack waiting for you on them :)
Honestly , I have no words to say how gratefull we are for the days we spent in their accomodation and no words to say it enough how much we recomand them ! Best of the Best !!!!!!! Do not think twice in choosing them , it may be too late and is your lost :)

The location was quiet and safe, neighboring mostly the government offices and major financial institutions. (Italian Presidential office and Bank of Italia are just few minutes away)
Most attractions are easy to access by bus/metro and Spain Plaza, Trevi, and Termini station are even in pleasure walking distance, YET it never is crowded with the busy tourists.
Facility was spotless and the maids were polite and kind.
Most of all, I'd like to say many thanks to Nicole and Antonio. They were so kind during our stay. No wonder there are so many 10 point reviews and I myself have no other point but 10. I appreciate their professional devotions and kindness as friends. It was my pleasure to be there and my special thanks to Nicole for your teaching me taxi driver sayings and secret Gelato place in Silvio Spaventa.

Totally amazing place, somthing different from the main chain hotels. Immaculately clean with beautiful room,.walking distance from the main train station and walkable to everything Rome has to offer.
The outstanding part was the husband and wife owners, they couldn't have done more to make our stay better, from offering drinks and a beautiful Italian breakfast snack, we also really appreciated there knowledge and advice of how to get the best out of our visit. We will definitely go back if we visit Rome again. 100% recommended.

We loved the service we received from Antonio and Nicole here! Once we arrived after a 25+ hour flight we felt right at home. We were greeted with drinks and snacks on arrival, and a map with tips and advice. The room was super clean and spotless. Every morning they brought us coffee and pastries which was such a treat! Great location within walking distance to all the attractions. Thanks so much to Antonio and Nicole for making this a stay to remember!

Nicole went above and beyond our expectations, she was really friendly, provided fresh juice, pastries and cakes upon our arrival. We were very well looked after. We had a wonderful stay here! The rooms were beautiful, super clean and comfortable. I loved the airy feel to the room. The area is safe, quiet and close to so many things. We loved having restaurants near us that are locals’ favorites and not filled with tourists. What sets this hotel apart is the care of the owners who go above and beyond!! We were treated like family and so well taken care of. I’d ask for a cappuccino in the morning and get the loveliest tray of food along with it. I was so sad to leave Rome and say goodbye to this place. Nicole felt like a good friend by the end of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Nicole and Antonio far exceeded our expectations for our stay in Rome. The experience felt as though you were staying in a five star hotel, with family style, personal service. You can tell they are very passionate about what they do and that they want the best for their guests. They provided personal recommendations based off our interests and constantly were available for any assistance that we needed. They even had a surprise birthday set up for my boyfriend on arrival. Their facility is perfectly located, in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to the train and to all the main tourist sites. I am not one to write reviews, but I cannot recommend them enough. If you are thinking about booking with them, do it ... you will not regret it!

Without doubt the best place we have ever stayed in all our years of travelling. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail is exceptional and the owners couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome. Whilst the booking was room only we were provided with a complimentary breakfast with our morning coffee which was delicious. One of our daughters is vegan and they went above and beyond, providing her with vegan pastries, milk and fruit. Location wise the property is ideally placed to walk to most of Romes main attractions however when walking gets too much a taxi averages around €10. We 100% recommended this property if you value cleanliness, comfort, modern decor and exceptional service.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and designed, very modern with everything we needed. Good a/c, good shower, comfortable beds. The hosts are great people who will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect, including giving recommendations, proving coffee and a generous breakfast as well as drinks throughout our stay. There are some excellent restaurants nearby, in what feels like a safe and pleasant neighbourhood in Rome.

This was one of the best city break hotels I have ever stayed at. The owners of the hotel were exceptional. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. They went above and beyond and we wanted for nothing.
