I love staying in this hotel. The owners are warm, friendly and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The location is fantastic with lots of great restaurants very close by and all the attractions within walking distance, including the galleria Borghese a short walk away. And there are some thoughtful extras that come as a lovely surprise. It's the perfect base for a city escape to Rome!

Great location. Within walking distance to Termina. Cozy, personable and clean! The couple that owns the property were excellent hosts for our stay! Very accommodating after our long flight!

We loved the ambience, the attentiveness and the location. I felt very special staying here and would definitely recommend and return again. Antonio and Nicola were absolutely wonderful hosts. It’s always very close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. We walked almost everywhere

Nicole & Antonio are fabulous hosts. We felt so welcome loved the peace and quiet and the escape from the busyness of Rome. Immaculate property with the most comfortable bed and high quality sheets. We slept so well. Delighted with our breakfast tray each morning Really felt looked after. Nothing was too much trouble. Gave us great advice for eating out and booked taxis for us. We will return. So much nicer than the impersonal nature of hotels. Felt like we were coming home each evening Absolutely loved our stay
