The friendly and professional calibre of all the staff, particularly the team member who checked us in. We arrived early and she showed us where we could change our travel clothes before stowing our bags for a couple of hours. She was going on break and walked us around the corner where there were some great restaurants. Everyone spoke fluent English making the visit easy without confusion for us:)

There were some fantastic qualities- the court yard and the bar area I thought were lovely as well as the breakfast which was fantastic
The price was very reasonable so I expected the things that weren’t very good. The rooms were very dated and the bed hard.

This hotel was near the Airbnb we stayed at for the first part of our trip so we were familiar with the area. The staff was friendly and helpful especially with our bags. The breakfast buffet was good.
Unfortunately the fan in one of the rooms was not working and they could not fix it. We figured it was because the window couldn’t fully shut and we suggested it to the bell boy but he didn’t really try to fix it and said it doesn’t work and left. The front desk did not have other rooms available because we booked a suite and offered us free drinks. My husband was able to close the window tighter and the air conditioning turned on! Another thing is I booked a suite and it was quite expensive for a one night stay, and it didn’t have an iron. The hotel room itself is dated needs TLC.
