Loved the area and the room was great perfect for my family. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space. Will definitely stay again.

The villa sec stayed and was nice, but it was different than the one listed on the Vrbo site. Also when we first arrived the refrigerator was not turned on. They came and fixed quickly, however we did not have ice or a cold refrigerator or freezer until the next morning. Other than that the state was nice. Very convenient to Disney.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this Westgate 2 bedroom villa. The host sent over all the information needed for an easy check in. The property has 14 pools and 14 hot tubs, each in its own private secluded area. Our kids had a blast. We also took advantage of the water park on site… worth the extra cost. Only complaint is that the condo was not well equipped with any of the extras. Minimal towels, dishes, cookware, etc. But regardless, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful, spacious, clean condo. I didn’t realize it was in such a big resort, and the check-in process was stressful and slow.

Overall the say and property was great! Only problem and a big one… we were rushed and I forgot my sons suitcase. I called the front office 4 times and talk to the lost and found person. Nothing was turned in… so basically some housecleaning person is enjoying all my sons new summer clothes. I know it’s my fault for leaving it but I didn’t leave a shirt I left the whole suitcase and they didn’t find anything… now come on

Since we have to have ground floor I probably wouldn’t book a family with 4 small children directly above adults. You could hear every step and scream. Other than that great place and would stay sgain

One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. Newly remodeled. Great location. Would recommend to anyone.

We thought we were staying in a condo/resort area but stayed in renovated condos, much like an apartment complex. At checkin, we were told we were in a renovated unit. We drove up, to what felt like an apartment. Despite this, the unit was nicely renovated and felt mostly clean. Owning a vacation cleaning company myself, I am very careful about inspecting for cleanliness. There were a few things on the bathroom and living room floor, but, nothing to raise a complaint about. Overall, I felt safe and enjoyed the inside of the condo. I would of preferred a resort type condo where you are “in” the building. The photos on VRBO eluded to this. In the end, I never said anything after we checked in because we felt safe and it was a great location.

Was very disappointing that in the description it said FREE transportation to all the parks and to find out when we arrived that they didn't ever have any transportation. I would have rented a car. At that time couldn't even get a car and had to spend money on getting a Lyft driver back and forth to all parks. I was very upset for the fact the reason I choose this place was for the transportation. Had to spend way more money and just might have went else where that cost little bit more but had transportation!

Check in took an hour and twenty minutes because according to the resort staff we arrived at a busy time. Once we finally got to our villa there was still a cleaning crew working on the floors and they asked us to come back in 30 minutes (it had already been close to 2 hrs since our arrival). Our villa was beautiful with exception of the internet, we ended up being charged $25 for internet use which was odd. We only went for two nights and our entire first day was spent on checking in. Everything that we wanted to do was closed by the time we finally got to where we could go sit by a pool, the water park and pool bars close by 6. They did compensate us with 1-day of water park tickets but only after giving them a less than stellar feedback survey (when we spoke to the manager after finding a cleaning crew in our room we were blown off). This was our second time staying at the resort and the first stay was much nicer. The service this time was lacking but we still enjoyed the property.

Unit was spacious and newly renovated so that was very nice. There was no maid service and really no directions on what to go with trash etc for the week we were there. Pools were clean and well-kept. Water park is an extra $20 per person and was very very crowded. The food at Draft sports bar was good but if you wanted to call in to place a carry out order phones were not answered and generally they seemed understaffed- very long waits at the coffee shop. Gym had lots of equipment to use which I appreciated.The thing I found most upsetting is the phone call I got from the property manager two days before arrival telling me that I HAD to go to a 90 minute timeshare presentation with my husband and my 3 and 6 year old kids. He told me it was a requirement “for the price you paid”- although nowhere was this stated in the listing. For this reason alone I would not consider renting from this manager again. When we came to the same property last year (rented from the same manager, Jake), service overall was so much better and we were not told we had to go to one of these presentations. Not sure what changed, other than now my opinion of this resort.

That property was nice but the room was the issue there was bugs as soo as we walked in the washer didn’t work , the back door handle fell apart as u opened and closed it , there was bugs in the tub in the main room
