This was our 18th wedding anniversary but we never took a honeymoon..let me just say..couldn't ask for anything better.. would definitely stay there again..and I want the same place..I'M READY TO MOVE IN..😅😅😅😅😅

The resort was amazing. It had MANY pools. There was stuff for the kids of all ages to do. There were stores very close so i needed for nothing. I had a few minor issues while on vacation and Jake was receptive and understanding. Overall i would definitely recommend

Beautiful and clean condo. Loved all one floor plus laundry to do those spilled on clothes and bathing suits. Did not like the cost of water park for $25 as too expensive besides going to the parks. This should be added perk. Living room lamps did no work but so much lighting you don’t miss it. No kitchen detergent nor laundry detergent. Otherwise family will enjoy the rooms as you’re not on top of one another. Pools are great and restaurants serve good food. They need more servers and waitress as with kids a long wait. Would go back though.

Everything about this location was perfect for us (my toddler, husband, and my parents). Loved the pools, play structure, mini golf, and water park right at the resort. Loved the clean spacious condo, with washer & dryer, and screened and fenced veranda. Loved the convention location, and that the Disney Parks we're only 10-15 mins away.
We've already booked next year!

This has always been my favourite place to stay in Orlando, I've been coming to Westgate since 1994 when it was just a few Villas. I have watched it grow over the years and now my children love it here too!!

So much to do, food was great a few restaurants to choose from- water park, pools, and VERY friendly service. Definitely recommend staying to get away from crazy Disney for a break.

We stayed here being just a few miles from Disney. It was an easy drive to the parks. The condo was large and nice and updates. We enjoyed the pools and what the resort had to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit we got was different than what the picture showed but we were happy with it. Very spacious for 4 people. We loved the kitchen and it had what we needed to cook meals. Location of the place was amazing! So close to Disney and loved being right near a Walmart. Living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable but overall we enjoyed the unit. They provided pool towels which was a bonus, they aren’t very big for an adult but they got the job done. The resort was very nice. We enjoyed the heated pools, hot tubs, and tennis/pickle ball Courts. The only thing to be aware of is that a lot of things you would expect to be included in a resort for free were available for a charge. For example there was a charge for wifi, sports equipment (shuffle board, volleyball, tennis, basketball, etc), mini golf, the game room, and the swan boats.

Beautifully renovated unit on the great floor was great for our kids! Resort had everything we needed. Easy check in and out, close to all attractions. Would definitely return!

Jake was super helpful with all questions I had about property. Check in was easy. The property was spacious and had a closed in porch for the little ones to run around and get energy out! And the property was very close to Disney!! I would stay again next time we go to Disney!

A very impressive property and friendly helpful staff.
The only critique is that the VRBO listing said 11 am checkout but it was 10 am. Just had to pack faster.

We had a great time here. The location was great for visiting the Disney parks. There is a nice market on property to buy snacks and drinks as well as a couple restaurants.

The condo was very well furnished and decorated. The resort was nice and had several pools to choose from. We were a little disappointed in the lack of transportation options but overall would recommend this property for a family stay.

everything was as expected, however, internet access for a family of teens was less than expected and cell tower signal was non functionable in the unit in which we stayed.

Beautiful condo!
This condo is recently renovated and is modern and clean. It is beautiful. Overlooks the pool and jacuzzi. The pictures in the listing are of the room before the renovation. There is not a jacuzzi in the room, but we didn’t care—the master shower with a double shower head was fantastic!
Booking and payment was effortless, Wonderful space for a family to stay for a night or a week. Staff was helpful and attentive. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The room had a pool right out back, the restaurants were good and the water park was great. We would definitely stay again.

First we had a 2 hour wait upon checking in. 45 minutes in a check-in line and 1 hour 15 minutes waiting on our room to be cleaned. Our room wasn't ready. After a 7 hour drive with 2 small children, a 2 hour wait in a crowded lobby isn't a nice welcome. When we were finally in the room, within 15 minutes of removing our shoes, our feet were black from the obviously dirty tile. The room also advertised a jetted tub which turned out to be a walk-in shower. On day of checkout, housekeeping was knocking on our door and asking how much longer it would be before we left! This was at 8am and checkout was 10am. We visited the waterpark also but had to vacate it after an hour due to feces being found in the main pool and therefore a total loss of our money on it. We have stayed at several Westgate Resorts before and by far this was the most horrid stay we have ever experienced.

very Close to all attractions but if you wanted to stay at Hotel lots to do there - nice pools warm ! kiddy pools and slides - also restaurant on site is excellent !!! I would return if in the area

Would just like to have some information on what you can do around the property and how to call for your messages. I was charged .75 to call the front desk and I don’t think that is right.
