Alejandro and Louis are amazing at the desk
Need to pay for parking each night. There are only 2 elevators at the front of the building. So if you have to park near the back of the building (we did most nights), you have to walk a good distance just to get to the elevator to get back to your room. I was told they didn't have luggage carts when I asked but I did see someone with one when we were leaving so hopefully they do have them because traveling with kids means a lot of extra bags. The rooms were great but every room has a shower instead of a bathtub so be aware if you have littles and you're expecting a bathtub!

Love the family fun facility and location to eat and shop nearby.
The long hallways- it was a challenge for my senior mother with knee pain.
