It was a good time!

I loved the quietness of the location. The wildlife was everywhere and the children loved seeing all the different animals. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Plenty of shade or sun to suit. Apartment was equipped with all the essentials and was clean. Location is very convenient to all things Orlando (Disney, seaworld, museums, food, and shoppping)

I did not like the sharp tiles that were not aligned properly on the tub steps. It is a hazard. Wet tiles around the tub is also a hazard and should have some sort of non-slip surface. The pull out couch was broken, but functioned enough for vacation.

Highly recommend

It was extremely beautiful and close to everything. The paddle boats were an absolute blast! The staff were extremely welcoming and kind.

Very clean, friendly staff, location was great!

Toilet ran constantly. Had maintenance look at it and said it was fixed, but continued to run for rest of week.

Great place to stay!!

The bed was surprisingly comfortable!! There were lots of spaces to sit and it was a very clean space, even if it was a tiny bit outdated. It is near EVERYTHING!! The staff was nice and the rooms were well stocked with what we needed. We didn't use the facilities as we were at Disney all day. . So I don't know about them. . .

The only (tiny) l thing was that I took a bath and used the jets in the tub, and there was this gritty sticky film that was created. . I've seen it in hot tubs too. . I think it comes from the jets when they aren't super clean? And I don't know how you would even clean those jets? Regardless, it was really nice to have such a huge tub in there. . Next time I just won't turn the jets on!!

Perfect vacation home

This resort was very clean and very comfortable.. The unit was very roomy with a screened balcony over looking the back yard that included beautiful mature trees draped with Spanish moss, a nice heated pool with plenty of seating and a large lake. There is a canoe, kayak, and fishing supplies for free. It seems that you are away from all the sounds of the city but conveniently located close to everything. Will stay again.

It was very relaxing.

Everything. This place really surprised me! We rented a two bedroom two bathroom. Both Bathrooms had jetted tubs! the bed didn’t look too comfy, but it was! I slept through the night with no issues! the location is beautiful because it is right in front of a lake! very soothing!

it was right after hurricane Ian & they had it looking good we had a nice lake view

we requested at booking a bottom floor, my husbands handicap & they gave us second floor said no 2 bedrooms available on bottom floor & there is no elevator , then said they will not charge resort fees for our inconvenience, but when we received our bill they charged it anyway

Big apartment with a great variety of amenities. Good value for money.

Big rooms. Nice view. A great variety of amenities including kayaking and pool. Also a private hot tub.

Putting the hot tub aside, the rest of the apartment needs some upgrades in terms of modernization as some of the furniture and electricity access are quite dated. The sheets and towels weren't replaced and beds weren't made during our stay.

Stayed here before, and will do again. This time we were only using the place for a bed as we had other family staying elsewhere and our days were full.

Did not feel as if were on the main road. Beautiful setting overlooking a lake. Had fishing gear and boats for guests. Condo had full kitchen with everything u need. Definately going back!
