About this apartment rental
Unit 72- 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. This newly renovated, one bedroom one bathroom gulf front condo is located on the seventh floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condominium are perfect for watching evening sunsets! Because it is located in the Tower, it is an easy stroll to the beach. There you can enjoy our white quartz sand, and the Gulf's warm waters. The unit's living room, dining room and patio areas are combined to extend your entertaining space and is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service for your enjoyment. The bedroom has two queen size beds and a 42" flat screen TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is equipped with a grab bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee machine and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo is completely tiled throughout. The windows open also so that you can enjoy the warm tropical breezes.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

4th year at the Palm Bay Club, first time in this unit. Cannot beat the views and ease of access to the beach. Definitely will return next year.

This is our 4th time staying at Palm Bay Club this year we stayed in #72 the view was amazing. The condo is very dated and needs some upgrades the furniture in the pic is not what is there. There is only 1 ceiling fan in the unit and it is in a ceiling cove in the kitchen so it does not circulate any air at all in my opinion. The bathroom has no exhaust fan which is not cool it’s like a steam room when you get out of the shower which is gross! They only supplied 1 blanket and the rest were comforters sorry but I don’t sleep with heavy comforters. We called the front desk they said the owner supplies that but that they would check the laundry to see if they were there they did bring up another comforter but no blankets. The condo was clean but just ok considering the previous units we stayed in. I sure hope they get a bathroom exhaust fan put in along with a ceiling fan somewhere else in the unit.
