Located in Prescott, this lovely house for $123 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This is a private 2 bdrm 1 bath house. It is stylishly decorated and freshly remodeled, fully furnished with 2 super comfortable queen beds and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook an amazing meal. The house is a 5 minute drive to Fry’s grocery store, Walmart, downtown Prescott, many biking and hiking trails, and lots of awesome restaurants. This property also has a stackable washer and dryer that is there for your use. We promise you will feel right at home! On this property there is a 1 bedroom guesthouse. It has its own entrance and parking spot. There is an additional backyard that is community to both units. You can absolutely rent both units together. Dogs are allowed. Please notify host. There is a $100 pet fee.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were visiting family that lives about 5 minutes away and that was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was great with lots of utensils, pots and pans. It was warm and cozy. The dog loved the back yard. Only negative was small child size coat hangers so we bought some. Will come back again. Thanks!

We liked the lil part of the house we stayed in. It was clean and comfortable. The problem was the noise from the other tenants. It’s on small/ med house converted into 2 rentals… parking was cramped and agian you could hear the other family going in and out! But that’s the small stuff. overall we would stay again.

Sisters weekend . Nice and comfortable house. Only two things to bring up with the owner. The oven was dirty inside wide crusted on old food. We cleaned it with the auto clean setting. The refrigerator had no ice nor water dispenser in the door. Other then that all was well.

What a great house! Its so cute, fabulously furnished, great location! We had everything we needed and the host was super responsive. We brought our dog and she loved the fully enclosed yard. I would absolutely stay here again!

We rented this to have a place for extra wedding guests for my daughters wedding. Only surprise was requirement for guests to strip the bed and put linens in washing machine? I thought that was what our cleaning deposit was for.

You walk in and it looks like Joanna Gaines from Fixer Upper left her mark! Super cute! Very clean and well cared for. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We hope to rent here every year when we come for the Jazz Summit. Owner was very accommodating as I requested fragrance free due to severe allergies. I had no issues.

This was the perfect, cute, clean, very comfortable place to stay for us while we moved our son into College at Embry-Riddle. We will definitely stay here again as often as we can over the next 4 years.

Just checked out of this cute cottage in Prescott . It’s super clean and has all the supplies necessary for your stay . Location is close by everything abt 8 min to whiskey row . Nice quite neighborhood perfect for a family vacation . Only downside was no dresser to store clothes , damp smell from bathroom . Other than that I would 100% stay here if you have a small family and are Looking for a nice clean house to stay .

This is our 5th year coming to Prescott as we have family in town. I believe this place will be our favorite. The pictures were spot on. we had everything we needed in a very nice, updated space. It felt roomy and comfortable. really enjoyed the private outside space. The house had really nice bright lighting, that made it feel very secure. Super easy keypad!....thanks

We just needed a short but comfy stay while in town for a graduation. The Dougherty Hideaway was so perfect. Comfortable, clean, with everything needed. Simple check in and a safe area. Only heads up is street traffic noise of cars going by, but the a/c drowned that out well. It was like a home away from home.
