About this house rental
This is a private 2 bdrm 1 bath house. It is stylishly decorated and freshly remodeled, fully furnished with 2 super comfortable queen beds and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to cook an amazing meal. The house is a 5 minute drive to Fry’s grocery store, Walmart, downtown Prescott, many biking and hiking trails, and lots of awesome restaurants. This property also has a stackable washer and dryer that is there for your use. We promise you will feel right at home!

There is an additional backyard that is community to both units.
You can absolutely rent both units together.

What a cute cottage in a convenient location. The cottage was clean and was easy to find. It was so cute and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit to Prescott and the location was perfect.

The house itself was very clean and cozy, in the bedrooms. The couch in the living area was a different story. When we arrived the huge pillows for the sofa were out of the covers and just laying around. I sent a message to the host about it (with pictures) but never heard anything back. My bf managed to get two of the pillows back into the covers (the pillows themselves were filthy by the way; I didn’t really want him to touch them at all) so we could at least sit down on the couch but it was still pretty uncomfortable. We left the backing sofa pillows untouched, and left them where we found them - sitting on top of the two additional seats in the living area in a big mess. Not sure what was going on with that or why it was left that way. It seemed…odd.Other positives -the location of the house is fantastic and that is what makes it worth the price. You really are very close to everything and it is very easy to navigate since Gail Gardner Way is such an important street, it takes you right to downtown or out to the rest of Prescott in just minutes. The kitchen is very nice, although I think it would benefit from a few labels, as in which light switch goes to which set of lights, etc. The bathroom is very nice and large, which is great for an older-type house. I did appreciate the use of the night-light in the bathroom so you could see in the dark.Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay again.

This home was absolutely immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The setting was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful home in a tranquil location, this is it. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.
