About this house rental
Son Fanc means Mallorcan clay and means the 'mother earth' on which this property was built. It is a place of peace, love and happiness. From the terrace that runs around the finca, you can see the sea on the horizon but also enjoy the unobstructed view of the ever-green hilly landscape of Mallorca, which surrounds the entire property (almond / olive plantations, sheep meadows). It is a piece of earth with particularly high energy - you can recharge your batteries here! The small seaside resort SÍllot is only 4 km away. Roman excavations have shown that this location is on one of the main energy lines on Earth - and in direct extension to it is Son Fanc.
The large coastal towns of Cala Millor, Sa Coma can be reached by car in just 5 minutes, Arta or Manacor are only 15 minutes away. Whether you want to enjoy cycling, swimming, hiking or culture, everything is practically reachable from here ... that's why we don't have a pool. After all, we are on an ISLAND! Beautifully natural beaches (e.g. Cala Bona) and small bathing bays are in the immediate vicinity and so that we don't become too lazy, we decided to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea for swimming.

The house was more than ok, fully equipped and nicely decorated. There were some notes and indications left in the house that were in German, we would have preffered them to be at least in English, but overall it was truly a good experience and we had a few relaxing days at the house.

Außerhalb von Son Carrio gelegen mit wunderschöner Terrasse und schön angelegtem Garten bietet es entspannte Stunden. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und bietet alles wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Perfekt für einen individuellen Urlaub.

Die Finca und die Umgebung war einfach wunderbar. Wir haben das erste mal so unseren Urlaub verbracht und werden es jetzt wohl immer so machen. Es ist viel schöner als im Hotel, hier konnte man so richtig abschalten und genießen. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal bei Frau Ridky.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn sehr wohl gefühlt. Da das Wetter leider nicht auf unserer Seite war konnte er Indoor ausgiebig krabbeln - glücklicherweise ist der Wohnraum/Küche sehr großzügig geschnitten. Wir waren auch mehr als froh darüber, dass die Zentralheizung zuverlässig funktioniert hat! (In allen Räumen)
Outdoor ist es für so kleine Babies/Kinder welche schon mobil sind nicht ganz praktisch, da die Terasse nicht abgesperrt ist und somit rundum Absturzgefahr besteht. Schade ist auch, dass man auf der Straße vor dem Haus nicht spazieren kann. Das wussten wir aber auch schon vorher und sind einfach mit dem Auto ein paar Minuten in den nächsten Ort gefahren. Cala Mollor, Son Severa, Porto Christo und Son Carrio sind alle nicht weit weg und schnell erreichbar.
Das Bett war super gemütlich und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es letztendlich an nichts gefehlt.
Wir hatten einige Tage ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser. Der Vewalter hat sich aber immer direkt gekümmert, wenn man ihn um Hilfe gebeten hat. Hier lag leider ein Defekt vor, so dass an der Technik etwas getauscht werden musste. Dafür kann letztendlich niemand etwas :-). Uns wurde eine Ersatzlösung vorgeschlagen um doch mal duschen zu können. Vielen Dank dafür!
Wer eine idyllische Unterkunft inmitten von Schafsweiden in ländlicher Umgebung sucht, die Beine hochlegen und mal so richtig entspannen will, der ist hier genau richtig.
