We really enjoyed our July week in Cobb Farm. Pam was very helpful prior to our stay and at check in. The house was as advertised with lots of deck space, good kitchen and nice grill. A little warm at times without AC, but the fans were a plus. Can't beat the short walk to the Cobb Farm access to the nearly private beach.
