About this house rental
Overview:
Enjoy all the comforts of our modern home in the breathtaking Truro Hills. Ideally situated just minutes from Provincetown, Pamet Harbor, and the Cape Cod National Seashore, our home is the perfect getaway for family and friends. The house is newly refurnished, includes an A/C in the main living area, featuring 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with queen beds, an additional den with a double bed, and outdoor shower. Take in the sunset and gentle breezes on the expansive, multi-level deck, or relax in the large open concept living space.
The space:
Comfortable indoor furniture, kitchen supplies, linens, and towels. There is high-speed wireless internet and cable TV, along with AC in the main living area. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine and a large island for preparing meals. There is an additional full size refrigerator/freezer downstairs. There is a new Weber gas grill outside on the deck, along with a new outdoor dining set and lounge chairs. There are also new cushioned chairs, loveseats, and coffee tables on the extended octangular deck, with pristine views of the Truro Hills and Cape Cod Bay in the distance. There is an outdoor shower on the lower level, along with a washer and dryer. We provide linens, pillows, and towels.
Guest access:
Guests can access the main living area of the house without having to climb any stairs. There is a short staircase to the den and second master bedroom on the lower level. There is a garage studio located some distance from the house but this is off limits to renters. The owners store boats in this garage, and may need access to the building from time to time.
House Rules: Violation of these Rules w/o prior permission of the owners Can Result in Immediate Eviction from the House and Premises w/o Refund
No more than four cars at any time
No smoking inside the house
No excessive noise after 11:00 pm that disrupts the neighborhood
No fires outside or in the fireplace at any time
No parties or events
No pets of any kind
Children under 5 allowed with prior written permission (the house has many hazards for small children, including extensive overhanging decking, open stairway inside)
Check-in is anytime on Saturday after 4:00PM
Check out by 10AM the following Saturday

Beautiful house with spacious rooms, well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds! Landlord Danny was in contact with us to provide information about the house and answered all questions. Enjoyed grand sunsets right outside! Would definitely stay at the Treehouse again!

Paradise found. This spacious retreat nestled in the trees above Cape Cod feels far away from everything while really being near it all. It was the most well-equipped vacation rental we've ever stayed at; the rooms were well-appointed and the beds were super comfortable.The host was really responsive when part of our group had trouble finding the correct door; he was very patient in talking them through where they were and where they needed to be. All in all, fabulosity all the way around.

Lovely, well equipped house in a great location. It really does feel like you're staying in a treehouse. We can't wait to come back!

I stayed four nights in March to "get away from it all" and I couldn't have landed in a better treehouse. The house is situated high on a hill at the end of a private road and has all the creature comforts of home. More, because my kitchen isn't nearly that large or well stocked. The views are fantastic and everything about the house is exactly as pictured. Communication with Danny was a breeze as was check-in and check-out. I don't get up north often but if I come this way again, I will definitely stay in the Truro "Treehouse."
