About this house rental
Sweet, and tranquil classic cape home that has been in the family since its build in 1948. Offered for the first time. This 3 bed/1.5 bath cape is newly renovated and available for the first time for seasonal rentals. Private lot abutting National Seashore with walking trails. (nearest neighbor is 1/4 mile away) Plenty of off road parking. The back yard is a serene outdoor oasis where only the sound of nature will be heard. A newly installed 16x16 trek deck will have ample areas for eating, grilling, and relaxing. New outdoor rainfall shower. The hammock is a perfect spot for reading a book, lounging, or catching a nap. Plenty of grass space for some good old fashioned lawn games. All new mattresses, textiles, (including sheets and towels), and new kitchen appliances. Washer/dryer is available in basement. New 55" smart tv, Alexa, and cable/wifi.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was newly renovated and well appointed with everything you’ll need to feel at home. The property abuts a trail to walk to the cliff overlooking the beach. It is very private and quiet. And yet a very short drive to ponds, ocean and bay side beaches, Truro center. Brian is a lovely host.

This was an amazing experience. Brian was so accommodating and had everything we needed. The location is ideal for a short bike ride to the beach. Nice and private. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be going back next year!!!
