A large deck with a new outdoor shower and gas grill makes outdoor fun a snap. This home is located in a perfect location between Narragansett's finest beaches, less than a mile to the Block Island Ferry, and walking distance to just about everything. Plenty of parking and its perfect location makes this vacation home a bargain for your family's vacation! William is a great host, extremely responsive and helpful. This cottage is obviously newly renovated from top to bottom and has the most charming sunroom with a couch and table. We hung out there! It is tucked away on a small dead end, so it's very quiet-but also has instant access to main roads. Point Judith is a short drive down the road.The area is beautiful-beaches everywhere, gorgeous views and loads of places to eat. It was surprising how close everything is, even Newport. Go to Jamestown! We loved Narragansett so much we plan a return next year- same spot!

Great property in prime location. Extremely nice renovation. Very comfortable beds and nice outdoor space. Would definitely book again. Communication with host was timely and helpful. Had to switch dates and host was accommodating and helpful.

We loved our stay. The house was warm, welcoming, and incredibly clean. The sunroom space was perfect for bright breakfasts and extra space for the kids to play. The beds were very comfortable and the closet space in the bedroom was great for all our wedding clothes. Location was exactly what we needed- walking distance to breakfast and the Bon Vue, as well as the lighthouse and fisherman’s memorial.

As a return renter to this property everything was excellent as always! The pictures of the property were spot on. The amenities give you all the comforts of home. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and very accessible and attentive to any needs or concerns you may have. I will definitely be returning!
