Panoramic ocean View . 1bd, 1bth located immediately across for the beach. Right in the middle of Lido Beach. Close to St. Armands Circle with shopping, restaurants, entertainment, music. King size bed in the master bedroom and newer sleeper sofa with easily accomodate 2 more people in the living room. Fully equipped unit, Linens, all towels, beach towels, blender, toster, coffee maker, eveything you need for cooking. 2TVs, a DVD player, cable, wireless internet. Laundry facilities. beach chairs.

The rentalwas easy to communicate with & check-in was a breeze, as well as c-out. The pool was amazing, always warm & clean. The laundry on site had numerous W & D for 1.75 per load, but they were big washers & they took cards so that was nice. Being across the street from Lido Key Beach & pavilion was definitely a plus bc it was an easy walk. Much easier than loading up & finding parking. Scooters are available to rent nearby at the pavilion too. The property is older, from the 70s, but it has a cool vibe to it and doesn’t look rundown. The units are all different (decorated diff., layouts, stuff provided etc.) as well as some being more remodeled than others. We were in the top corner unit at the spiral staircase, you can see the beach, although it is a distance away from all of the sand & Shoreline. The unit itself was a little dated in certain parts as far as the kitchen & bath. The downsides were no cleaning supplies, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a week, & no trash bags, etc. & a better cleaning staff. We did go to the store & buy handful of items to use for the week when we were there since we ran out of the soap that was there, toilet paper, etc. We left many of the items we bought, including kids toys, Floaties, sunscreen, for the next renters. Parking is very easy with the assigned spot & it is very close to St Armand’s for walking around or driving there. Very close to many attractions! I would stay here again! Nice unit for the & really close to the beach!

My 2 week stay was great! Everything needed was there, a couple books, lots of towels, beach stuff!! I had a personal issue and contacted the host. She helped right away. The office staff and cleaning staff were helpful as well. Other guests were so friendly too!!Would recommend to everyone. The price reasonable too.

Location was great!
Room needed serious updates. Decor was outdated(80’s), some lights didn’t work, ac in bedroom did not work. It was super hot in there. Needs bathroom fan. There was some beach gear but only one chair that has seen better days.
