Escape to paradise in this charming cottage nestled just 250 steps from the white sands of the Gulf. Conveniently located 1/2 block to Lido Beach and close to the fabulous restaurants and shopping of St. Armands Circle. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee in the private fenced yard, grilling fresh catch on the BBQ, or relaxing in the fully furnished comfort inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing Florida getaway. Private location features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. King size bed in master bedroom. Queen in second bedroom. Spacious living room. Full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. 2 color cable TVs. Washer and dryer. Air Conditioning / heat. Gas barbecue grill. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler, and towels are provided (and a beach wagon to carry it all). Owner lives on property.

I cannot say enough about the amazing beach home and its owners. I do not use the word perfect too often but there you have it. Our accommodations were PERFECT

There was easy access to the washer and dryer and were happy to have a clothes line as well! The kitchen was well equipped with all the essentials; we were happy that detergent was included for both dishes and laundry.

Good location, walking distance to Armand and beach. Well equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable with good TV etc. Ready for some decoration and refurbishment, particularly the kitchen, the cupboards are old and poor. We had to clean in all the cupboards before we felt comfortable using it. The outside furniture also needs a clean and some replacement.
Overall we were generally ok, but it good be easily improved.
