About this house rental
Situated in Lido Key, this attractive house for $215 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Sarasota Certificate of Registration # VR22-00027 Minimum 7 night stay Beautiful, roomy, sunny 2BR, 2 BA old style florida beach house with additional pullout couch in living and only 200 yards to beautiful Lido Beach. Short, easy walk to all the shops and dining at St. Armand's Circle. Relax on the front porch or in the courtyard out back. 2 bikes provided, ride to Lido Key Park or St. Armand's Circle in less than 5 minutes. Everything you need for the beach is included, just pack your suitcase and enjoy the sunsets. Take the free Bay Runner Trolley from the beach to downtown Sarasota and have your groceries delivered from Publix and you will have no need for a rental car! Note: Lido Key does not allow dogs on the beach. There is a small beach on Bird Key nearby that is dog friendly. Need more space? This cottage is exactly as you see in the photos. It is cute. It is comfy. It’s in a great location. We felt safe. We were walking distance to many”things to do” Our communication with owner was 100% quick & positive. We had no issues/problems. We would choose this house again. We had an amazing vacation. Thank you to the owners!!

The home that our family got to share was wonderful. It was exactly as described on the VRBO page. The homeowner was always gracious and very quick to respond to my questions. It was the best vacation that we have ever had and cannot wait to go back again next year. The location was terrific, and it became our home away from home. Having coffee early in the morning on the front deck was especially memorable. Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us.

The entire house was spotless and very well stocked with anything we needed. Beautifully decorated and beds were dreamy.
Short walk to beach or we could drive and park at the pool area and enjoy both beach and pool along with snack bar 😀

We had a good stay loved the house very comfortable. The only thing missing was a TV in the king size bed room. Definitely going to try to stay there next year as well.

My family thoroughly enjoyed this home as it’s location was perfect. The beach was a very short walk and our teenagers enjoyed the morning walks to the circle for their coffee drinks. The home had ample living space and the front porch was perfect to relax on. The beds were comfortable and the blinds darkened the rooms at night. The home was well stocked, including beach supplies.

We had a wonderful 9 night stay near Lido Beach! The cottage is clean, nicely furnished, well appointed and well stocked, perfectly located, comfortable, bright and airy.
LaVeda was an excellent communicator and everything went smoothly.

The local beaches do not allow dogs on or off leash at any time of day or night. Great house, steps away from the beach, but a beach I couldn’t go to with my dog so that doesn’t work. Also red tide can give some people respiratory issues so that’s something to keep in mind if you like to be in or near the water

Found some awesome breakfast locations, at at two of them more than once. LaVeda was an awesome host, would definately stay there again. They had everything there, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, hair dryer and face wipes just to name a few things. We will be back!!!!!!!!!

This house had it all. It had accessories for the beach, space to lounge around in and anything you needed to cook. LaVeda was so accommodating with everything. I got engaged to my fiancé here and LaVeda was more than accommodating to allow me to have family over to hangout with that evening. Everything was clean, fresh, and just all around wonderful. I recommend this place for anyone looking to have a great stay close to the beach, close to shops, and at a great price point for renting!

Property was exactly as described. Plenty of supplies to have a great stay. The beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys were great for my family. So nice to have at property since we traveled by plane to the area. Looking forward to booking again next year.

This property is in a fabulous location on Lido Key! Close to the beach, free trolley and St. Armands Circle. Everything is within a few minutes walking distance. We didn’t have a car there and didn’t need one. The home was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed and more. LaVeda was wonderful! She was so helpful, responded quickly and gave us great recommendations. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!!
