A beautiful little place with an excellent host and great location. The rooms are set in a beautiful oasis of a garden which had so much wildlife within it! We saw birds, monkeys, turtles, mongoose and peacocks all from our front porch! The location is great, it’s a bit out of the main town but tuk tuk is so easy to organise, the host can help with this. We were greeted with a delicious fresh welcome juice and the breakfast was traditional Sri Lankan, and there was so much of it! The host was extremely helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was great, hosts were excellent - extremely friendly and attentive, a beautiful spot to stay at. We would definitely recommend doing the safari to Minneriya arranged by our lovely host - our guide, Tullina was an excellent guide and we had the most amazing time seeing the elephants up close. We would absolutely go back to stay at nice view lodge xx

One of the best stays I’ve had! The property is beautiful, as if you’re stepping into a garden paradise with beautiful flowers and friendly monkey and toucan visitors. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. Udika was the best host. He was very welcoming and helped arrange activities and transport making everything seamless. Do not hesitate to book!

It is really a beautiful stay, with an amazing view on the ricefields and the Sigiriya rock. The stay is very beautiful, nice garden with all varieties of flowers and plants. Sometimes you see some wild animals in the garden.
The room is small but it has basic stuff, airco, hot shower and mosquito net. The temperature during the night in the room was also very good.
They provide a good breakfast.
With this amazing view, the location of the property is a bit away from the main street. About 15 mins walk. Please keep this in mind while booking this place. But the host is also providing tuktuk transport if you require a ride.
