About this house rental

In the best location in Dana Point, across from the Monarch Beach Hotel, half a mile to the Ritz Carlton and Strands Beach. 10 minutes to Laguna Beach with tram pick up. Prestigious guard-gated community of the Tennis Villas. Completely remodeled 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom condo with 1100 square feet and a backyard patio overlooking the golf course. Unit includes a washer, dryer, one car garage, fireplace and TVs in both the master bedroom and living room. Home has WiFi, cable TV, Netflix. Pool/spa

We rented this condo for 5 weeks and it was a great experience. The location is unbeatable, with a patio facing the beautiful golf course and the beach just a three block walk or quick bike ride away. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, making dining out easy. The condo itself is modern and updated providing a comfortable, stylish stay. Highly recommend!

I rented for 4 months and I’m leaving it in perfect condition with some updated rugs and a bedroom chair. What I arrived to was shocking and not exactly picture perfect. But the owner understands that she needs to keep her eye on things and not leave it in the hands of a housekeeper who does not throw things away between guests and needs to organize sheets and towels in places where they can be found.
